Rayna wondered why each man of the named organization took action in turn.

Though they all covered their faces and identities, the witnesses could confidently tell they were humans.

Rayna shook her head in dissatisfaction with the little progress toward finding the culprits.
She assumed her current best conclusion of why they appeared one by one.
"They probably didn't want themselves to intervene with each other as each of them was a formidable opponent, and to not get caught collectively in case of unexpected occurrences."
