(in the castle)
That night, Hael walked through the passageways, as he couldn't find his mother inside the ball. It was a lively night, and as he walked upstairs, he could hear the murmurs of a man and a woman.
He tiptoed to the third floor, where the source of the voices lay. There, the volume of the woman went up, and it was as clear as the river; it was his mother. He could hear the happiness oozing out of her tone, and to her words, he could hear his master Ellie reply.
Even though he didn't get a glance at them, he could tell that they were enjoying each other's company. Thus, with a smile, he walked back.
Hael always wanted his master to feel happiness. Back when he first met him out of the slave market, he was perhaps taken aback by his Nobel appearance. The man was gorgeous and shared far more features similar to his.
"So he is sent to Evermore? How heartless" The man chuckled with a menacing gaze.
