Lauren looked at her phone, her brow furrowing as she read the headline of the news for today and watched the video about what had happened the previous day. There were not many unedited videos circulating anymore, as most of them had been altered or mosaicked.
"Ugh, this must be the Castillo family's doing, taking the video from the public," she murmured.
She then started reading the article while sipping on her whiskey. It was summer, but it was still cold in Port Alsworth, especially at night. There were no patients today, which seemed like a blessing, as it meant the town had been spared from any major accidents or incidents. The tourists are in great shape, and the town people are all healthy.
"What are you reading, doctor?" one of the nurses, Bianca Romero, asked as she approached Lauren, her favourite nurse.
