Samantha informed the team that a new employee from Thailand would be stationed in New York to assist with customer service.
"Hello, everyone. My name is Kritsana Thaveekulchai, and my friends usually call me Krit," he said in English, still with a soft Thai accent.
The New York base had been experiencing an influx of Thai passengers, but they were lacking in personnel who spoke the language. The customer service team couldn't always bring Isabelle in to help, as that would mean she would have to leave her station and neglect the people she was already assisting.
"Nice to meet you, Krit," the team responded.
Isabelle happened to be off the day Samantha introduced the new employee to the team in New York. She was spending her time with Madelyn, roaming around Manhattan to shop for a new dress for the upcoming season.
