"Doctor Adam Zart," the Prime Minister of Myria called out, "The council calls you to the stand."
There was silence in the room as the tall man walked to the stand. He had an upright and rather still posture and a rigid expression on his face. His hair caught the light and made it look like there were strands of white silk in his short black locks.
The world watched as he sat and faced the council members.
"Please state your name for the record," the Myrian Prime Minister, a middle-aged man of reasonable height, with wire-rimmed glasses sitting on his nose and slick brown hair, said into his bendy microphone.
"I am Doctor Adam P. Zart," the man on the stand sat forward to speak into the microphone in front of him.
"I have your connection to this case in front of me, but please state it for the people to hear," the Myrian Prime Minister said as he peered at the man on the stand over his glasses.
