Lucia was in the palace just finishing her packing when her father landed in Rhodes. She had the news on and her case on the floor of her living room as she waited to hear about him on the news. All thoughts of packing were forgotten when she saw her father's plan on the news. The door opened and she watched as the reporters waited for him to get out.
At the Handhoff estate, Josephine watched the news with three of her children. Caroline sat on the floor while Adela sat next to her mother holding her hand. Leroy was pacing behind them a glass of water in his hands. He wanted it to be something harder but he knew he needed to be clear headed in case something came up.
