[2 centuries later after the tragic death of the immortal queen]
21 years back
The year 2002
It was the onset of winter, and a solitary room in the far corner of the city glowed against the night's canvas. The Villa of Evans, a beacon of opulence, stood apart from the rest. Within its walls, the well-known and affluent Evans family resided.
Inside, the room was warmed by a crackling fire, where Mr. Evan sat in contemplation. Beside him, Ms. Evan tended to their son, who lay restlessly on the bed. The air was thick with unspoken worries until Ms. Evan's voice pierced the silence. "It seems… he will be our only son."
Mr. Evan, crossing the room with purpose, reassured her, "He is enough." Yet, a wistful note lingered. "Yes, but I had also hoped for a daughter."
The sudden peal of the bell cut through their exchange. Moments later, a servant's knock echoed at the bedroom door. "Enter," Mr. Evan commanded. The door swung open to reveal a servant, arms laden with an unexpected burden—two infants.
Ms. Evan rose, her shock evident. "Whose babies are these?"
The servant, equally bewildered, replied, "I found them on the doorstep, madam, along with this note." Handing over the parchment, the servant retreated, leaving the couple with the slumbering children.
Ms. Evan, cradling the baby girl, passed the boy to her husband and unfolded the note. Mr. Evan read aloud, "Your wish is fulfilled; they are yours from now on."
"Wish? But how did they…" Mr. Evan's question trailed off as he met his wife's gaze, both equally astonished. The beauty of the baby girl captivated Ms. Evan, while Mr. Evan's heart softened at the sight of the boy in his arms—both so beautiful, innocent, and asleep.
After a moment of contemplation, Ms. Evan's voice broke the stillness. "Can we adopt them?"
"If you wish," Mr. Evan replied, examining the boy. "Look, he has a flame mark on his left shoulder… likely a birthmark."
"And she," Ms. Evan observed, "has a flower mark on hers… fascinating."
"What shall we name them?" Mr. Evan mused.
Ms. Evan, drawn to the window, gazed skyward with a smile. "How about…Karrin and Sam Evan."
...….
"GET OUT!!!" He was shouting on the poor servant. He was a tall and handsome man in his mid-20s. He has such perfect features that one couldn't find more perfect man on Earth. But if only he was from Earth things might be little easier.
Just then another tall man entered his bedroom well which was more like a hall, the man shook his head and said, "Why are you shouting at him? he didn't exiled you."
" Don't you dare associate that word with me.exile.huh? they don't even have that position to exile me... they will pay for this those disgusting bunch of schemers. And Edward don't you dare lecture me "
Edward shook his head and signaled the servant to leave," okay okay, you are right as always but you also shouldn't forget we can't enter your territory for almost 23 years according to my estimation and till the prophecy got fulfilled ... after that we can take our revenge… how does that sound your majesty?"
That person sighed," off course I am the rightful heir of the throne and I will take back what belongs to me…but." he sat down on nearby couch and continued, "But you are also right …the point is what should I do in these 23 years on earth?"
Edward shrugged and answered," How about starting a business?"
"Business huh?" The man smiled
