Amber and Blade suffered terrible injuries. They could not stand up or move, but they had each other to give them company. They talked, talked and talked for hours together. After a few months, they were alright to get out of bed. They began practicing for the fight with the queen, but that is when Amber's mother stood in front of them. She asked, is this necessary? Both of you. She has her own goals, and she took advantage of many people! You do not see them wanting to take revenge for it! Maybe let this go. She does not have a heart, does not mean you don't. Amber and Blade looked at each other and laughed. Blade asked, so, you want us to let the person who hurt your daughter live happily. Oh, that will never happen. I know Amber wants revenge and so do I so, don't ever think of stopping us!
Amber and Blade walked out of the hut in anger. They could not believe she would ask them a question like this after knowing what happened. Well, not what happened with Blade but, she knew he was used and yet! They trained outside and ignored Amber's mother. Amber was sad that she could not speak to her mother but, she know what she had to do, stay silent till her mother realizes what she did and apologize. After 3 days, Amber's mother gave up and apologized and decided to not butt into their problems again. But, her voice replayed in Amber's heart, do I have a heart! Am I really going to kill my mother? But she quickly snapped out of it and kept saying to herself that you already have a mother, not by blood but, it did not bother her.
In no time, they left the hut to embark on their quest for the palace. It was enormous and yet hard to find. Blade tried to teleport there, but such a place did not exist according to his spell. He was confused and yet they tried to search for it. Hours and days passed and yet they could not find it. Just when they almost gave up, they heard the roar of a dragon. I was the one that they left behind. It came and picked them up and flew in rounds. They knew that dragons had an amazing sense of smell, and it lived in the palace, it will know the scent every well and they got on it and rode it on a straight path. They did not know if this was the correct way, but they had no other choice.
