The team split up to tackle the disruptors. Wil and Aralina headed to the western perimeter, where the first disruptor was located. The device was guarded by a squad of heavily armored aliens, their strange weapons glowing with a menacing energy.
"We'll need to be smart about this," Wil said, scanning the area. "Aralina, can you create a diversion while I move in from the side?"
Aralina nodded, her Elemental Gauntlets crackling with energy. "On it."
She unleashed a series of blasts, drawing the aliens' attention. Wil used the distraction to slip around their flank, his Visual Guidance System highlighting weak points in their armor. With precise strikes, he disabled the guards one by one, clearing the way to the disruptor.
"Disruptor disabled," Wil reported, watching the device's energy field flicker and die. "On to the next one."
