Chapter 6 - Chapter 6 - PDS

After a tedious scrolling session he found what he felt was what he needed, it was called the Power display system [PDS], the [PDS] cost him 200 faith points leaving Bell with 300 faith points but he was done spending any more faith point until he starts to earn some.

The [PDS] appeared on his palm immediately after he bought it, he had not read the description when he bought it, it was like a USB stick which confused Bell on how to use it, then he went back to read the description, Bell almost pass out when he read the description.

The [PDS] was meant for one individual, meaning he could only instill it into the soul of one person in his world, "Fuck, what am I supposed to do with this now" he cursed as it had cost him a lot of Faith point, he wanted something for his whole planet to use no just one person.

He wanted to smack himself for not reading the description first before buying it but then again there was nothing he could do about it as he had already bought it and there was a no refund disclaimer on the shop policy unless the product was extremely faulty, he was able to begin searching for a soul to install the [PDS] into when the will suggested something that Bell had not to think of.

[You can install the [PDS] into the Will and since the Will is connected to the planet, I will be able to imprint the [PDS] into the inhabitants when they become Awakened]

Bell smacked himself for not thinking of such an idea without delay he instilled the [PDS] into the Will's consciousness and then it began to evolve along with the planet.

Down in Sol prime, many survivors were either hiding or fighting for their lives, it had been 22 years since the start of the apocalypse and some group of people had come together to create some sort of shelter in many places around the world.

They knew that against the zombies and other mutilated creatures number was key so they tried to have enough numbers in case of a horde attack with happened around the world, and some shelters were not so lucky as an abomination could be part of the horde and the humans had no way of fighting against abominations so they would simply run for their lives, some disparate parent would even abandon their children just to save themselves.

Death was a daily occurrence in Sol prime on this faithful day the world's planet vibrated violently to the extent that earthquakes happened in so many parts of the world before the giant Tower fell from the sky into nearby populated places across the world.

Across the world everyone heard those voices inside their head, many people headed towards the large towers that they could see, Bell had made sure to place those towers where people could easily access them, and he placed them close to any place that had a high number of survivors.

Some remained in their hiding places, which was also not a bad idea Bell just wanted people to know that his Towers were there to help, the protective dome of the tower would last for a month before needing feeding some it was a lot of time for the humans to get used to their new powers and before he sends them out to go hunt for crystals to feed the towers, well it wasn't for himself so if they wanted a place where the mutilated creatures couldn't harm them, they will have to hunt.

A man around the age of 25 could be seen running toward one of the towers, and behind him was a horde of zombies, the man looked exhausted from his run but he could sew the tower ahead, he planned to run and hide inside the tower till the horde leaves, seeing the tower getting closer the man draw more energy from the adrenaline that was pumping in him.

But the horde was getting closer, he could see some people sitting around the towers and they immediately noticed him, he could see them screaming at him, but he couldn't hear what they were saying, he could see two of the men around the tower rushing towards him but he didn't know why, he was able to fall from exhaustion when the men caught him and the last word he remembering was "You are safe now, we are all safe now" before his eye closed from exhaustion.

Bell inside the Subspace watches a similar scene play out around his world, with a smile on his face, he feels fulfilled strangely, but he knows that his work isn't done yet, he needs to make them believe in him so that he can earn more faith point to further assistance his people.

But for him, he felt he had done enough for today, he needed to rest, he wasn't exhausted he just wanted to, he had done too much thinking for a day so he jumped in his bed and closed his eyes.

Back in Sol prime the 25 years old man who had passed out from exhaustion finally woke up, he could see that he was in a tent, he rose from up before peeking outside, he could see people laughing and running away with no worries whatsoever, somehow this brought a frown on his face.

He was 3 years old when the apocalypse started and he had learned the hard way that happiness was an illusion meant to bring someone's guard down, he had been to many shelters that had tried to do something funny to him, and 70 percent of the time it was always those shelter that claim to be peaceful, he checked himself for his weapons and strangely everything was places beside his sleeping mat.
