Aryan decided to roam around the border city and observe all the Warriors present there. As you know, even those hotels and other shops are run by warriors.
No normal people are present in the border city as it is not safe. Not just only because of the danger but because of the spiritual fluctuation those people should not get close to the border City.
Actually, those normal people could have the chance to get affected by spiritual fluctuation and then fall into a spirit coma. The same situation as Tina can also happen to those people.
By only becoming a warrior, you would be able to decrease the chance of getting affected by that.
This is the reason that no normal person gets permission to get close to the border City. That does not mean they did not come there. It is just that they are not allowed to stay in that place for that long.
