I had no idea why I had reacted the way I did, had done what I had done. However, one thing I knew was that I was in big trouble, and needed to settle this matter as quickly as I could. Antonio was poison to me, and I needed to stay away from him. There was something about him that I just couldn't get out of my system, and it had a way of making me crumble to my knees anytime I was in his presence.
"Amy, wait, it's not what you think it is." I yelled as I chased after the speed walking lady before me. She didn't speak nor stop to look back at me, all she did was focus her steps on moving forward and avoiding me.
I did my best to remain calm and not completely lose my mind, but it was getting harder by the second. My desperation was growing, and before I knew it, I was sprinting towards Amelie without concern. I tried to grab her by the shoulder, but Amelie was quick to react and smack my hand away before I got the chance to even touch her.
