Chapter 3: My World
Having transcended mortal limitations, I found myself in a state of profound transformation. Shedding my former identity, I emerged as an all-knowing deity, imbued with eons of experience and wisdom.
Yet, despite my vast knowledge, I grappled with a sense of loneliness. For countless ages, I had wandered alone, witnessing the wonders and horrors of the cosmos. But amidst this solitude, a spark of inspiration ignited—a plan to create a sanctuary where gods and mortals could converge, sharing knowledge and forging connections.
However, my intentions were not purely altruistic. As the god of gods, I possessed the power to organize games within my library, where participants' powers would be sealed to ensure fairness. Through these competitions, both gods and mortals could ascend to greater heights of divinity or mortality.
With purpose coursing through my veins, I embarked on the monumental task of bringing my vision to life. As the mastermind behind this endeavor, I wielded unparalleled authority over every aspect of my domain.
With a mere thought, I conjured a grand library, its halls stretching across dimensions, brimming with the accumulated knowledge of the ages. Here, beings from all corners of the cosmos would converge in search of wisdom and enlightenment.
Outside the library, I erected a colossal coliseum, its vast expanse ready to host the upcoming games. Trillions of seats awaited spectators, while a state-of-the-art system window promised an immersive viewing experience.
But my preparations extended beyond mere infrastructure. I meticulously crafted 12,000 tickets, ensuring equal participation from mortals and gods alike. These tickets would grant access to the trials that lay ahead, a test of skill and ingenuity.
In addition to the games, I created cultivation rooms tailored to the needs of both mortals and gods. These chambers teemed with mana and divine energy, providing optimal environments for growth and refinement.
With the foundation of Universal Records established, I turned my attention to ensuring its secrecy and orderly operation. Erasing all knowledge of the system from the minds of others, I safeguarded my plans from unwanted interference.
Appointing gods as staff within the library, I entrusted them with its maintenance. Among them, Ryas, known for intellect and efficiency, stood out as a key overseer.
I named my creation "Universal Records," symbolizing its vast repository of knowledge. Anticipation surged within me as I envisioned the trials and triumphs that awaited within its halls.
To govern conduct within Universal Records, I established clear guidelines:
Disturbances are forbidden and may result in banishment or death. Games must be fair; cheating or interference leads to death. Silence is required in the library. Check-in at reception, providing necessary information. Saying 'Tour' grants knowledge of the surroundings.
These rules, simple yet firm, ensured order and respect within my domain.
In addition to the rules, I established a welcoming platform for visitors upon their arrival, signaling hospitality. Essential facilities were constructed to meet guests' needs, including a medical room, trading store, and training area.
Unique currency, UR coins, held subjective value and could be earned through trading items. The shop was left open for guests to contribute their own goods, fostering community and collaboration.
With Universal Records prepared, I invited the inaugural cohort of 20 guests—10 gods and 10 mortals—to experience its wonders. These ambassadors would spread word and validate the ticket system.
Summoning each guest with cosmic energy, I welcomed them with a smile, eager to showcase the domain's opportunities. As they entered, excitement filled the air, marking the beginning of an extraordinary journey. With determination, I stood ready to guide them through Universal Records, confident in its potential to unite beings across the multiverse.
