Suddenly we lose everything but I think we can save many from meeting same fate as us.
On Earth in a small village,
"Karan wake up and get ready you are getting late for your train" says old lady ( Karan's mom). "I am already up mummy so don't worry" says karan while sleeping [ Karan is a skinny 20 year boy]. "Karan this is last warning wake up or I call your dad" says karan mom with a smile on face.
Karan quickly got up from his bed and ran towards his mom and said "This is not fair mummy"
"Alright, hurry up now. You need to catch the train; your university starts tomorrow."
Karan, with a disappointed expression, said, "I know you don't love me; that's why you're so happy to see me leave."
Karan's mom, with a smile on her face, replied, "Karan, I made your favorite dish. Would you like to try it?"
Excitedly, Karan rushed to the dining table and exclaimed, "I know you love me, Mom. You're the best!"
A few hours later, we find Karan at his university, heading towards the canteen after dropping off his luggage in his hostel room.
"Hey, Karan, wait!" someone calls out from behind.
Karan turns around to see his good friend, Sanyam.
"Karan, where are you off to? The canteen?" Sanyam asks.
Karan smirks and replies, "No, I'm actually heading to your place."
Sanyam laughs, "Don't be silly, Karan. I'm from Delhi, and Delhi is definitely not in that direction."
Karan retorts, "Oh, so you found it funny, you dumbass! What else could be in that direction except the canteen?"
Sanyam chuckles and playfully tweaks his head, "Okay, sorry. I know it was a bad joke. See you tomorrow at the lecture."
It's around midnight, when most of the world is asleep. Karan finds himself dreaming of success, envisioning himself receiving an award from a beautiful woman.
But suddenly, he found himself in a void where he saw a purple aura.
"Karan, listen quietly. What I'm about to tell you is both interesting and important," the voice emanating from the purple aura declared.
Karan tried to speak and run, but he found himself unable to respond; the purple aura's strength seemed overwhelming, and Karan felt as if he were about to die.
"Karan, I know it's unsettling to be here, but you need to understand. I am the 'Monarch of Shadow.' Unfortunately, my universe has met an unfortunate fate, and I, along with many other monarchs, are searching for our descendants in other universes to prevent them from meeting the same fate. Karan, I, the greatest Monarch of Shadow and Death, have chosen you as my descendant."
Suddenly feeling a sense of comfort with the aura's presence, Karan attempted to speak.
In a tense voice, Karan exclaimed, "What the hell is this? Is this a joke? No, no... it must be just a dream."
The Monarch of Shadow responded angrily, "Karan, I don't have time for your nonsense. So listen quietly!"
As the dream faded and Karan opened his eyes, he found a woman in a white dress standing beside him, reading from a device connected to him.
In a sleepy manner, Karan mumbled, "Who are you now, the queen of angels?"
The woman smiled gently and replied, "Yes, I am. I'm a nurse."
Karan, still half-asleep, said, "Nurse angel, I need something to eat."
The nurse nodded and said, "Sure."
She then instructed another nurse, "Bring something to eat for him and call Mr. Sanyam."
Karan, in his mind, wondered, "Did she just call Mr. Sanyam? What else is going to happen now?"
After some time, Sanyam entered the room. Karan was shocked to see Sanyam in formal clothes and well-dressed, considering Sanyam was usually too lazy to even wash his face, let alone dress well.
With a shocked expression, Karan exclaimed, "Sanyam, what happened to you? Are you okay?"
Sanyam interrupted Karan excitedly, "Karan, you won't believe it! I've become an X-rank, the most powerful on Earth, the Monarch of Energy, and let's not forget, the President of the Awakeners Association."
Karan took a deep breath and asked, "So, that dream..."
Sanyam confirmed, "Yes, everything you experienced was true. But Karan, almost everyone who was awakened was only asleep for about 2 to 3 days. How did you manage to sleep for straight 30 days?"
Karan replied confidently, "I was learning something. And for your information, from now on, you won't be the strongest. I'm an EX-rank, and my level is around 2945, so..."
Interrupting Karan in shock, Sanyam exclaimed, "Wait, what did you say? EX and 2945 level? How is that possible? I worked hard to achieve level 1100, and you're telling me you achieved it while sleeping!"
Karan smirked and said, "Well, to be exact, it's 2945. But forget about that for now. Tell me more about the Awakeners Association."
Sanyam explained, "The Awakeners Association was formed after everyone realized that people who were in deep sleep faced some kind of problem. So, governments of all nations decided to form this association because in dreams, every awakened person knew about the threat."
Karan, feeling suspicious, said to Sanyam, "Sanyam, I have a task for you."
