Anyone would think that Kadvin Nox appears to be a gentle and thoughtful Head Saint but that's completely false. Behind the mask, he's an upright paladin who shows no mercy to guilty criminals. In his eyes Karenina was a criminal who dared to challenge the Holy religion.
As soon as she declined his offer of accepting calming potions, his pleasant expressions turned cold and he ordered, "Ground this sinner's face against the floor and not let her lift her face until I say."
Two Paladins grasped Karenina's arms and with their free hands they groped her neck and slammed her face to the cold marble floor. The force they applied made her cough blood and feel the excruciating ache around her throat.
Kadvin glared at her before returning to his seat at the top and threw piles of photos and documents at her face. Confused, Karenina glanced at the photos and documents thrown at her and her eyes widened in extreme shock.
