" I received your father, Alpha Dante's call two days ago regarding you,'' he pauses, creating the dramatic effect of silence and says,"I've been told to look after you in the Moon Maidens Elvatore university. Worry not, it's not like other boring boarding universities."
"Okay."
Boring or not. Karenina was worried about the fact that professor Romeo Salvatore was her fated mate. Her wolf would never lie to her in this matter.
'But why isn't there any signs of him knowing it?' Karenina questions her wolf in confusion because it was only natural for a fated mate to recognise their mate's scents. Maybe he's purposely ignoring her because he's a priest?
'No. Priests do get married but our Romeo is practising chastity which is why his wolf can't recognise your scent.'
'Should I be happy about it because it's saving me from the forbidden teacher– student relationship,' Karenina answers to her wolf.
'It's a nightmare for you if you are planning on taking the throne of Alpha of Ace Moon pack in future. Elders will question you about your mate and if you said I don't have a mate they will eliminate you directly,' her wolf replies in a sad tone before disappearing from her mind like a connection.
Karenina's face fell down in thought. She was literally cursing on why she was given a complex destiny. In between thoughts she looks at Romeo in an irritated way and then turns her face away.
Finding it weird, Father Romeo asked,"Is something bothering you? You can talk out with me and I will make arrangements for you."
"Wow. What are you? My father's paid staff?" Her mouth unknowingly insulted Romeo.
But instead of getting mad, Father Romeo calmy smiles at her and remarks,"Younger wolves like you are not to be tamed so I'll ignore your harsh words."
To which Karenina smiles lightly. He's polite, handsome, sexy and damn his voice was turning her on every now and then. Why oh why does he have to be a priest ? And top of that he's her father's best friend!
She turns her face towards the car's window and sees the brintley of green meadows , no houses or buildings . Just vast land of greenery between which a huge white marble temple stood. Beside the temple was the magnificently large white three storeys building.
As the car drove closer, Karenina could see the name ' Moon Maidens Elvatore university ' written in bold cursive letters. Two white angles of the Moon goddess were carved out of marble at the entrance gate to the university. While four wolves carved out of gold sat next to the entrance gate of the temple.
She gets out of the car and is amazed by the artistic structure of the temple and the university. All the building complex including temple stretched to like 300 acres of vast land between the green meadows.
"Alright I'll leave first. It's time for my evening prayer," saying that Father Romeo left Karenina alone in front of the university's entrance gate.
Karenina was handed back her two suitcase by the chauffeurs as they too left to park the car in the garage. She sighs and starts walking through the huge gateway of the university along with the crowd. The crowd mostly consisted of newly admitted students accompanied by their parents, sisters or any elder guardians.
'This university must be quite famous among the privileged parents as they always want their children to suffer!' Karenina murmurs under her breath staring at every student's clothing and accessories.
From their appearance, all students seemed to be coming from a strong pack and rich background. There wasn't a single omega or low ranking werewolf among the students or parents.
The mist of the new place disappeared soon, Karenina walks over the overcrowded girl's group and starts reading the information board. After reading the information, Karenina hurries towards the building of the girl's dormitory which was behind the main building complex of the University. Tip-tapping through the stairs, she finally arrives at the second floor and starts searching for her dormitory room.
"Room No 234." Karenina reads the board pinned near the door and continues further," Dormitory room for Lady Helene Fischer, Honourable Mariyam Scots and Dame Karenina Agriche..."
"What's up with these honourable titles of ladies? Am I really in university or some Aristocratic academy?" Karenina chuckles after reading the titles of hers and her other two roommates at the board.
Karenina then knocks on the door and a ginger head, petite girl opens the door and welcomes her inside.
" You must be our third roommate, right? I'm Helene and that gloomy looking girl over there is Mariyam," Helene replies as she points her fingers towards the blonde girl sitting at the side of the window.
Karenina nods and replies," Hello, I'm Karenina. Nice to meet you Lady Helene Fischer and Honourable Mariyam Scots."
Helene and Mariyam both looked at each for a few seconds and then turned their faces to Karenina.
" What?" Karenina reacted.
Helene and Mariyam bursted into laughter, after laughing for a minute Helene says," You're funny Karenina. Nobody here addresses anyone with lady titles."
Karenina's face turned red with embarrassment. She awkwardly laughs off and goes to her assigned bed which was near Helene 's bed. Mariyam comes forward and starts helping Karenina with her luggages while Helene was busy taking selfies of her and Karenina.
" Katty, you have an insta account? Maybe I can tag you in my post and introduce you to other classmates of our session," Helene asks.
" I'm sorry, I don't have one," she lied because she wasn't planning on interacting with others.
" That's fine. Later I'll teach you how to make one," Helene laughs off and goes on with her photo clicks while Mariyam and Karenina continue with the luggage unpacking.
" Girls, it's time for dinner," someone informed them, knocking on their dormitory room.
Helene and Mariyam stopped doing whatever they were doing and rushed to open the door. Before them stood a young nun with serious expressions. Karenina walks forward to greet the nun with an unimpressed smile. She was definitely not vibing with the religious attitude of the nun.
" Dame Karenina Agriche, I have heard from Father Romeo that you're not from England's werewolf territories. Are you American perhaps?" That cold looking nun asked with her firm voice.
" Yes, I'm from American werewolf territory. It's a pleasure meeting you sister," Karenina was polite but something didn't sit well with the nun.
She touched Karenina's face, lifting up her chin . The nun said," I'm Sister Madonna, the warden of the first year girl's dormitory. And I don't like your tone, little pup."
" Sister Madonna, it's not my tone but rather my accent," Karenina coldly replied, removing the sister's hand from her face. " And I'm not a pup. I'm the daughter of Alpha Dante of Ace Moon pack."
" D-Daughter of Alpha Dante...?" Sister Madonna stuttered in fear.
" Yes," saying that Karenina walks out of the room. Helene and Mariyam too followed her as they didn't want to get scolded by sister Madonna.

In the morning class, 1st period
Karenina entered the classroom with her roommates Helene and Mariyam. They found themselves a seat in the second row, third bench. But as soon as Karenina sits down, the loud and annoying whisperings of her other classmates begin.
" Isn't she the only American student in our university? I have heard that werewolves from American territories are ruthless and unforgiving!''
" Shh- keep your voice down. She might hear us and start attacking."
" I wonder which American pack she belongs too–"
" I heard my sister Madonna saying that this new American student is from Ace Moon pack."
" The infamous Ace Moon pack? Is she the daughter of Alpha Dante? OMG. We can never win against her in anything."
" Can you all shut up?" Karenina growls, grabbing one of the girl's collar in rage.
She had enough of their nuisance gossiping. Her eyes were terrifying to look at as they were glowing red with murderous intention. That very moment a group of 5 boys enters the classroom. They were all blonde ,tall, muscular-tattooed young guys in their twenties. One the guy comes forward and orders Karenina to let go of the girl's collar she was grabbing.
Furious by his attitude, Karenina pushes the guy and refuses to let go of the girl's collar.
The girl was now terribly scared by Karenina's growing rage and like a weak omega she bursted into tears.
" What's going on here?" Firm voice of Father Romeo thundered in the classroom as he got inside the classroom.
