"Alright, I promise you, if we get out of here alive, we'll never be apart again." I held him tightly.
"Sleep now! We need to continue looking for water tomorrow." Alexander Duncan gently stroked my long hair and said softly.
I felt scared, afraid that if I fell asleep, I might never wake up again. So I kept my eyes wide open, staring into the distance where it was pitch black, with only the dark blue sky dotted with countless stars.
"Look, the starry sky is so beautiful tonight!" I said with a slight smile, tilting my face up, gazing at the boundless starry sky, as if it were a world sprinkled with brilliant golden stardust.
Alexander Duncan held me tightly, his brow furrowed, deeply worried, but feeling powerless to do anything.
"This is truly a great place for stargazing. Darling, are you cold? Hold on to me, we need to keep going. Quinn will definitely come to find us, don't worry!"
