In the western region of the Island of Servusarator was an expansive camp near a devastated city. The encampment was filled to the brim with soldiers of the Minos Rebellion, who have defected from the United World Government. And with them... Were imprisoned civilians.
The prison camp was constructed to control the opposition of the rebellion whether it'd be political, military, economical, and even the civilian population. It was to ensure that those that didn't agree with their independence would be locked up until the supposed victory of the Minos Rebellion.
Those who resisted even further were brutally killed by the so-called freedom fighters. It was horrific, especially to the civilians who weren't part of the Minokin Tribe. All of them were immediately prisoned without being questioned of their allegiance, suggesting that the Minos Government treats foreign tribes as enemies.
