"It's a possibility," Elaine replied. "Or at the very least, they're following a common goal. If we can figure out where they're heading, we might be able to stop them once and for all."
Alice leaned back in her chair, processing the information. "We need to figure out this central point and fast. I'll get the team on it."
With a new sense of urgency, Alice called the team back together. They pored over Elaine's data, cross-referencing it with their own findings. Hours passed as they traced the movements of the test subjects, their exhaustion momentarily forgotten in the face of this new challenge.
Finally, Max's eyes lit up as he found something. "I've got it. They're heading towards an old industrial complex on the outskirts of the city. It's been abandoned for years, but if Elaine's right, it's their destination."
Alice's heart pounded. "Then that's where we're going. Gear up, everyone. We're moving out."
