Olivia's POV
Michelle and I were under the standing hair dryers, newspapers in hand as we waited for our curls to set.
"Do you really have to go to New York?" She asked with a hint of sadness in her voice. I knew this must have been difficult for her because we've practically bonded over the years.
"Yeah I do, this is a nice business opportunity plus it can also cause me to expand in the states as well."
"Like how long would this take?"
"I'm not sure, but it might take a while. But I promise I'll visit. It's not like I have to stay in New York throughout."
Deep down I know my only reason for going to New York isn't this project. It's time to revisit ghosts from my past.
I don't even know how I would react when I look them in the eyes, especially my own sister who betrayed me.
