"I told you two not to bother," Fay said, as her grandfather carrying her daughter in his arms, escorted her to the car.
"I'll miss you, mummy." The little girl stretched from the old man's body, going in for a hug.
Fay wrapped her in her arms, and placed a gentle kiss on her forehead.
"I'll miss you too, my baby. But don't forget what you promised me. Be a good girl, okay? And if you miss me a little too much, just tell grandpa to call me so we can talk over the phone."
"Okay mummy!"
"Bye, grandpa."
Fay waved, as the car doors opened, and she slid in.
The ride to the company was filled with butterflies in her tummy she tried to get rid off.
She had gone through this over and over again, reminding herself she wasn't the Fay they used to know.
