Once he had finished devouring his own limbs, he licked the blood from his lips and his eyes suddenly widened before rolling back into his skull.
After a while, the Great Elder transformed into a grotesque and alarming figure.
He now sports black wings, a tail on his back, and a goat's horn protruding from his head. His teeth have also sharpened.
"What kind of being is that?" One of the knights couldn't help but mutter.
"I'm not sure if it's still human, a beast, or something more sinister."
