In the quiet solitude of his private office, I sat at my desk, surrounded by holographic displays and digital projections. The soft glow of city lights filtered through the floor-to-ceiling windows, casting long shadows across the sleek, minimalist decor.
I settled into my chair, memories of my father flooded my mind, transporting me back to a time long gone but forever etched in my heart. I could still hear my father's booming laughter echoing through our modest home on the outskirts of Neo-Genesis City, a comforting sound that filled me with a sense of warmth and nostalgia.
I remembered when I was much younger, I approached my father's workshop, a sense of anticipation bubbled within me. My father,Mr Han, a brilliant engineer and inventor, was always tinkering with new projects, and I couldn't wait to see what he was working on this time. The workshop was a sanctuary of creativity, filled with the hum of machinery and the scent of metal shavings—a place where dreams were born and ideas took shape.
"Dad, what are you working on?" I asked eagerly as i entered the workshop, my eyes sparkling with curiosity.
My father turned with a smile, his face alight with warmth and enthusiasm. "Ah, Lex! Come here, son. I'm tinkering with a new prototype—a device that harnesses solar energy to power small appliances."
My eyes widened in awe. "Wow, that sounds amazing! Can I help?" I asked
"Of course, Lex," my dad replied, gesturing for me to come closer. "Here, hand me that soldering iron. Now, watch closely as I connect these wires."
As I handed my dad the soldering iron, I couldn't help but feel a surge of excitement. This was my chance to learn from the best, to be a part of something truly extraordinary. With bated breath, I watched as my father deftly manipulated the wires, his hands moving with precision and skill.
"Like this, Dad?" I asked eagerly, mimicking my dad's movements as best as i could, but no matter how hard I tried I just couldn't get it right..
"Alright little man you can t give up now" said my dad in a serious but encouraging tone ,seeing how discouraged I'm becoming..
Just a little more bit of focus lex ..
Now breath and start all over .." ok dad" I replied with a frown..
I started mimicking his previous movement with the wires again, and this time finally got it right
My dad nodded, his smile widening. "That's it, Lex! You've got a knack for this, just like your old man."he said in a grin
In that moment, I felt a sense of pride swell within me...
BOOMMM.....
I felt myself being pressed on the floor by my dad broad but firm chest.."
We raised our heads only to see my little invention exploded to tiny pieces
"HOLY SHIT"
"Language son" my dad rebuked.. I'm sorry dad..I said feeling disappointed with myself ... "It ok son, at least you are much better than me at this age I believe you do better by the time you get to my age" his voice briming with confidence and euthesism...
. To be compared with my father, to be told that i had inherited his talents—it was more than i could have ever hoped for. And as we worked together, side by side, father and son, a bond was forged that would endure the test of time.

Days turned into weeks, weeks into months, and soon, i found myself seeking out my father's wisdom at every opportunity. Whether it was a question about the stars or a desire to learn more about the inner workings of a machine, my father was always there to guide me, to inspire me, to ignite the spark of curiosity within me.
"Dad, why do the stars twinkle at night?" I asked one evening as we sat together in the backyard, gazing up at the night sky.
My father leaned back, his eyes crinkling with amusement. "Well, son, it's because of the Earth's atmosphere. As starlight passes through the layers of air, it gets refracted, causing it to shimmer and flicker."
I nodded, my mind buzzing with newfound knowledge. "But why does it look so pretty?"
My father chuckled softly. "That's the magic of science, son. Even the simplest phenomena can be filled with wonder and beauty if you look at them with the right perspective."
And so, under the blanket of stars, me and my father shared a moment of quiet reflection, our hearts filled with awe and gratitude for the mysteries of the universe.

As the years passed, my passion for science and innovation only grew stronger, fueled by my father's unwavering support and encouragement. Together, we embarked on countless adventures, exploring the wonders of the natural world and pushing the boundaries of our imagination.
"Dad, I want to be an inventor, just like you!" I declared one day, my voice filled with determination and my eyes shining with possibilities.
My father smiled proudly, his chest swelling with pride. "You already are, Lex. You've got a brilliant mind and a heart full of curiosity. Never stop asking questions and never stop dreaming. The world is yours for the taking."
"Thanks, Dad. I'll make you proud, I promise," I replied, my voice filled with determination as always.
My father reached out, placing a hand on my shoulder. "I know you will, son. I believe in you, always."
And in that moment, surrounded by love and support, I knew that no matter what challenges lay ahead, I would always have my dad by my side—a guiding light in a world filled with endless possibilities.
Well at least that was what I taught I never knew that heaven and earth are cruel to it's citizens... I lost my dad to a Gastly fire accident well at least that's what the media said but I believe there's more to it ...
"Boss they are here" said Jane ,my AI assistant, breaking me from my taughts.
"Alright notify them I will be right there" I said with a lazy but firm tone.
Back then my father used to rule Neo Genesis city as the CEO of Neo Genesis corporation..feared for his ability to control and read the human mind he was known as the " crazy telepath"
"And I know they will all be expecting me to inherit his abilities but I'm not sure I did.."I thought.
With a sigh, I walked down the hallway to the meeting hall.
