Time flew by quickly with a long discussion about how Ailord's Talent worked and Teena explaining how magic worked for Ailord so that he could later create magical items or even magic itself. However, the more he listened, the more he was convinced that their magic worked just like a game system. There was a mana count, and the exact amount of mana indicated how much mana was in the body and how much was needed to use a skill. These skills even had their own forms and could not be changed, except if they were assisted by other media like weapons, for example. There is only a difference in the way the Core levels in each body are increased.
