Elder Orva was going down the stairs to check on the work on the two Constructs, but accidentally saw Elder Leynar standing on the balcony, leaning on the guardrail while looking ahead, towards the back gate where a line of wooden carts were bringing in parts of the Constructs that had been cut up. Their Mana Core is damaged so they can no longer use unknown power which allows mana to be absorb.
It was rare to see Elder Leynar like this, truly lost in thought, so Elder Orva intended to approach. However, with just one step, Elder Leynar had already lifted his head, saying, "What is it, Elder Orva?"
Elder Orva sighed deeply, not understanding how the figure in front of him could know so quickly when he had tried to hide his presence and used a skill that could conceal mana, rendering detection skills useless.
"Nothing, I was just surprised to find you here, is this not a good time?" he asked back, making sure he wasn't intruding.
