Zayn grabbed the back of the chair, turned it around, and sat there, using the backrest to support both arms while staring at Ailord, who now looked so tense because of his presence in the room. He didn't care, only wanting to discuss a few things with Ailord before they arrived in Copperhaven, before he ended up in prison and possibly tortured by one of the leaders.
"Listen, I won't beat around the bush and soften it, you will be tortured in prison."
A bitter smile formed on Ailord's face.
"But we will try to help you at least get out of there and be under the protection of the Whiteroses, our team, so that you are safe from those mad people," Zayn continued.
"What's the difference between you and them? You come from the same place, people who don't hesitate to take lives and exterminate other races just for the 'good' of humanity," Ailord replied, deliberately emphasizing the word good.
