Inside the Sutra Library is the accumulation of the three generations of the Wei Family, starting from her Great Grandpa Wei ZhiPeng.
There are a total of four floors, the first floor is the miscellaneous books, second floor is the cultivation techniques and manuals for Energy Refining Realm. The third floor is the cultivation techniques and manuals for Foundation Building Realm and the fourth floor is the cultivation techniques and manuals for Mind Activation Realm.
An old man was sitting at the counter at the entrance, it was the family's disciple who was at the tenth-level of the Energy Refining Realm.
"Good morning Grandpa Mo!" It was the two uncle and niece who greeted.
The person who was reading a book lifted his head and saw the two people coming. "Oh? Isn't it XiaoYun and XiaoXiang?"
"Hehe, our XiangXiang successfully introduced spiritual energy to her Dantian. I brought her here to learn some cultivation techniques."
"So that's it. Then I won't bother you two, you can ask me here if you have any questions."
"Yes, Grandpa Mo."
Wei JinYu brought YunXiang upstairs under the old man's watch. Compared to the books downstairs, the ones on the second floor are much sparser.
"Cultivation techniques, manuals, and sutras are presented in different forms. Our Enlightenment Tea Technique has two forms, a painting made by your Great Grandpa and a calligraphy made by Grandma."
Wei JinYu pointed at a corner, where two pieces of art are hung on the wall.
The painting shows a milky white tea cup, half of the contents can be seen while the rest is hidden behind the cup. The teacup is just a small part, most of the paintings are occupied by the smoke. Wei YunXiang has a hunch that the smoke is a very important part of the technique.
The Calligraphy is also a one-character art, what was written in the word Enlightenment. Wei YunXiang intuitively felt that every part of the characters, from the strokes to the ink used is vital when understanding the technique.
"Well, I guess that you noticed it. You can go and choose one where you'll learn the Enlightenment Tea Technique. I'll protect you in the process."
"En, thank you, Uncle."
Wei YunXiang sat in front of the painting, she thought that the painting would be easier to understand than the obscure calligraphy.
One hour.
Two hours.
Three hours.
Hours passed by and Wei YunXiang still sat in front of the painting without moving a bit. Wei JinYu was also patient with his niece, not even doing other things but guarding her. He was attentive because he wanted to be ready in case something happened in the learning process.
When he was brought here to understand the Enlightenment Tea Technique, it took him half a day to get started. There are also some twists and turns in the middle where his father nervously watches over him.
Compared with his experience, Wei YunXiang is much calmer.
Just as he was thinking how many hours would it take his niece to understand the cultivating technique, something finally happened.
Wei YunXiang's spiritual energy started circulating, entering her Dantian where the little spiritual energy she gathered yesterday started accumulating.
One wisp. Five wisps. Ten wisps.
The spiritual energy came to her like a tide and under Wei JinYu's shocked gaze, his niece breakthrough the second-level of the Energy Refining Realm.
Wei YunXiang has been immersing herself in the painting. The still painting seems to turn into a video where it demonstrates to her again and again the process of tea making.
From a simple one where no spiritual energy was used to the real cultivation method where spiritual energy was used.
The Enlightenment Tea Technique emphasizes the Enlightenment and the tea-making process was just the medium used.
The person's thoughts and heart are the main part of the technique, the ingredients such as tea, water, and the teapot and cup are the auxiliary. In the last step, the tea will contain a mysterious energy that can bring enlightenment to the person who drinks the tea.
The degree of enlightenment mostly depends on the tea maker but the drinker also has a part.
All in all, this is a precious technique that many cultivators that practice the divine arts would covet.
It can help them progress by leaps and bounds in their cultivation and understanding of the arts.
