Beneath the bushes were two strange individuals observing the ongoing activities at the rides.
"Don't say a word or they'll hear us!" One of them whispered.
"No you be quiet!" The other spat.
Once the coast was clear, the creatures emerged from the bushes and glanced at the direction most people were walking to.
"It's a good thing nobody can see us." The entity in the red cloak and a yellow mask spoke.
"Of course they can't, we're yokai!" Standing beside the entity was a snowy fox with numerous tails.
After a minute of silence, the red entity spun around when he noticed the vaguely familiar forested areas. "I can't believe it's been centuries since our master sealed us away." He said, voice almost a subtle whisper in the breeze.
"That kid knocked over the statue you were residing in. Aka Manto, what are we going to do now that we're free?" The nine-tailed fox asked with much curiosity.
"Let him be, I sense he's around here." Aka Manto replied, he continued staring in the same direction.
"But that doesn't mean we should stop what we've always been doing Sukimori," When Aka Manto said that, the nine-tailed fox knew they had to start gathering the group. "Our master was going to discard us anyway, and we were never obligated to serve him, we just did for our own good."
Sukimori nodded, his ears perked up when he realized that Aka Manto was getting ready to leave this spot. "He sealed us away and had no regret for what he did."
"It's time to move on Sukimori, we need to find the others. Mischief will always prevail no matter the circumstances."
"I'm looking forward to this trouble we're about to cause here. This is the perfect place, look at all these people engrossed in their own little world of fun."
As they walked out of the bushes and trees, Aka Manto and Sukimori watched the people standing around taking pictures with their families to make sure nobody could see them now that they were invisible to humans.
"Don't get too carried away Sukimori, if somebody notices our presence, it's over." Aka Manto reminded him.
"Over for who? We're not the victim!" Sukimori was puzzled by Aka Manto's statement.
"For them duh! Which means we'll have to find some other place before the news spreads!"
"Oh I get it now, if someone gets terrified everybody will suspect we're the ones behind these incidents and it'll ruin the fun!"
"Exactly so stay in your own lane! Don't come to mine if it's not necessary."
"You don't have to worry about that. What's mine will always be mine, including this ice cream." Sukimori poked the ice cream that a kid was holding gently and laughed when it fell to the floor, leaving the kid with an empty cone and a sour face that was about to break into tears.
Aka Manto grabbed a hat that a rabbit mascot was wearing and put it on casually. The rabbit mascot was too busy attending to the people gathering around him that he didn't even notice the disappearance of his hat.
Meanwhile, Douma and the others were waiting in line for the vibrant tea cup ride that was about to come to an end in a few minutes, Yushiro and Chachamaru getting excited as always.
At the corner of his eye, Yushiro noticed another clown juggling beside a merry go round with children skipping around and laughing at his tricks.
Douma noticed Yushiro and Shinobu staring at the clown and smiled smugly. "I can do that too." He took out a few snow globes from his pocket and started juggling them confidently.
"Woah that's so cool!" Yushiro chimed, he watched Douma juggling the snow globes and picking up the pace every few seconds, Shinobu was impressed as well until she noticed the familiar snow globe that he showed her at the shrine. Her worries sunk in.
Both Yushiro and Chachamaru were amazed by the contents of the snow globes, Douma explained to them about how they came to be which piqued their interest more.
Chachamaru encouraged Douma to keep going while Shinobu kept an eye on the snow globes, she remembered those snow globes were inhabited by other walks of life sealed within the glass interior.
Everything seemed to be under control until Douma lost his concentration and dropped one of the snow globes, the very same one that Shinobu recognized.
"Oh dear." He said with a poker face while Yushiro stared at the shattered pieces of the ground and the contents that slowly dissipated into sand-like particles.
There were probably civilizations living in those galaxies, and that monster... It seems Douma didn't have to worry about the monster that was chasing him across those galaxies. Shinobu wasn't sure how to feel about it, she just stared at the snow globe like Yushiro.
Chachamaru laughed. "Man what a bummer, at least they don't have to spend the rest of their lives trapped."
The gate to the tea cup ride opened and the four of them walked in and sat down at their seats, Douma and Shinobu in one cup and Yushiro and Chachamaru in another further away.
Soon the tea cup ride began and all the cups began moving and spinning around.
"Finally I can take a break from that long walk." Yushiro sat back, closing his eyes for a while and breezing in the fresh air.
"Well you're the one who's been running the most." Chachamaru remarked, he didn't mean to put it that way but it was the truth.
"For good reasons!" The green-haired boy took out his toy plane from his pocket and stared at it like a spoiled kid.
Chachamaru was glad Yushiro still had that toy plane with him, all that running has taken up a lot of his energy. In the end it was all worth it, the toy plane was safe.
"I should probably get something for myself too."
"Yeah you should, maybe a scratching post!" Yushiro chuckled.
Raising a brow, Chachamaru leaned closer to the now, timid boy and growled. "Maybe I should use this brat right in front of me as a scratching post!" He spat.
Yushiro squeaked and moved away from the giant feline. "I'm just kidding!"
Chachamaru crossed his arms. "Yeah right." He said it sounded like he didn't believe Yushiro but he actually did, Yushiro was always trying to get a reaction from people on purpose.
