This was a one-time relic that could wipe or distort the previous 10-15 minutes of the user's memory. However, there was a trick. It only worked on users below rank A.
The ranking system worked in direct relation to your bloodline purity, for example
1 per cent Purity = F Rank
5 per cent Purity = E Rank
10 per cent Purity = D Rank
15 per cent Purity= C Rank
20 per cent Purity= B Rank
25 per cent Purity = B+ Rank
40 per cent Purity = A Rank
50 per cent Purity = A+ Rank
and so on..
It could be said that I was pretty powerful, but still, when I look at this monster of a kid, I feel hopeless.
