Evan stood in complete silence, still looking upon his reflection. His eyes fixated on the tattoo shaped scorpion.
The scorpion head was at the right side of his neck, the torso of the scorpion remained at his righr shoulder and chest, while the tail though long and jagged ran all the way down from his shoulder and chest, to his right abdome, ending at his waist.
Evan continued to stand in silence, the only thing audible would be his breathing.
'That….that wasn't there befor.." Evan thought to himself, his expression a mix of confusion and fear.
Evan began to rub his hand over the tattoo, hoping that it would come off. But to no luck, Evan rushed over to turn on the sink, getting a hand full of water and began to splash it upon the tattoo.
But that failed as well, leaving Evan a bit anxious and worried. He wasn't sure how to get rid of the tattoo, in fact he wasn't even sure how he got the tattoo.
To his knowledge, he never once had such a mark upon his body. The thought of if his father finding out about this mark only added to the already rising worries he had in his head.
'Damn it…just my luck. I already have my hands full with planning on my preparations for the future, and now I have to deal with this…' Evan thought to himself, rubbing his hand upon his face in frustration.
He'd turn his head to look at his reflection in the mirror again, confusion still visible in his face.
"Just what the hell kind of mark is this?…and why a scorpion of all creatures?.." Evan said to himself, rubbing his index finger across the surface of the tattoo.
[You know it's impolite to touch someone without their permission]
"…?!" Evan's eyes widened in surprise.
He heard a voice, he was sure of it. Looking around the bathroom, he tried to make heads or tails of where the move had came from.
But no one was around, not a soul in sight. Evan pondered if it could be someone using telepathy magic. But he immediately through that idea out of the window, mainly cause the amount of Mana needed for such a skill was very little but it doesn't have that wide of a radius to commune with people unless the person in question using the magic was skilled.
[You think a lot for a mere child, your very amusing you know that?]
"..?!" Once again Evan darted around the bathroom, still confused and very wary of where the voice might be coming from.
"Where are you?!" Evan shouted with caution, his hands curling into fists.
[Calm yourself, I believe I've already revealed myself to you]. The voice echoed in Evan's head.
"..You have?…wait…how can you expect me to believe such an obvious lie?" Evan replied back with serious tone.
[Sigh, fine If it'll get you to calm down than. I'll reveal myself to you once more, but do try and pay attention ]. The voice responded with a tiered tone.
"..What do you-" Evan tried to reply back, but his words would be cut short.
A sudden dark blue radiant light began to envelop his right shoulder, causing Evan to stagger backwards a bit.
"..!"
Managing to keep his balance, Evan looked at his shoulder. Seeing the tattoo of the scorpion glowing with a dark blue energy, his eyes widened.
[Do You See Me Now?]. The voice asked, curiously.
