This trend of introducing a new manga with a seemingly hungry protagonist and a thirsty school girl has been thier for generations.
Even the gruesome world of shinobi could never escape from the curse of "hungry protagonist" .
Is what I think as I stare at the white ceiling of of hospital. I'm so fucking hungry yay.

Is what Inoichu Yamanaka said before setting him self up in a chair that is strapped with various seal and scrools that go to the young uchiha's brain.
Sasuke uchiha , the last of the uchiha is in a state of mind prison .
It's a common occurrence is victims of chakra exhaustion. Usually brain puts a limiter on every organ and limb in the body to maintain integrity. Same goes for chakra .
But incase of emergency, the limiter is broken for chakra and excess chakra that maintains the whole system is used up in jutsu. Which causes the said,"state if chakra exhaustion ".
In rare cases it damages the brain if the causing jutsu is somehow connected to brain, which sometimes occurs in yamanaka or uchiha or anyother genjutsu specialist bloodline.
"Nothing major", mutters inoichi.
"But for a 6 yo kid to experience this....should've come to my sessions...brat!"
"Just restore the cognitive and speech sectors to connection and spike up a bit ....that....is done."
inoichi finishes the short mind dive .
A memory circuit comes into view.

Sarutobi flops back to his sit.
"Now why would he do that?", he asks the million dollar question.
"He says, he did it to get rid of the trauma cause by his sister. It slowly drained his chakra.", Says yamanaka as he sips on the tea that anbu brought.
"To perfect of an excuse . He is lying ....isn't he?"
"No way to know for sure....unless ...."

Inoichi chuckles.
He finishes the tea. It was nice to have a chat with the hokage. He cant wait to tell this wierd story to his couligs on a drink, sure to give him some rowdy attention.
"And remember, this conversation never happand. It is an S rank secret, active from this moment. We will come to know it's reason eventually, but for now let's treat it as an asset." Says the starn Hokage as if he read Inoichi's mind. Now who was supposed be the mind crowler here?
