"Stella," Chloe said. "How are things going on with your article?"
"I managed to write some paragraphs," Stella said.
"So you managed to write some."
"Yes, I wrote the beginning of the article."
"Hello," Dani said, as he sat on his chair.
"Hello," Chloe said. "You haven't been in school these few days. Where have you been?"
"I was at home," Dani said. "Because there was something that I need to sort out."
"What is it?" Chloe asked impatiently.
"I've got to find out who kept knocking on my door," he replied.
"What do you mean? There was someone in front of your door?"
"No, I don't think so. When I opened the door, there is no one there."
"It might be someone from your appartement."
"I don't think so, but it's possible."
"Hmm, I don't feel like it could happen by itself."
"Me neither," Stella said. "I have to tell you, I saw lights in my room before. They asked me if I wanted to make a wish, but I refused, because I didn't want to get caught in the middle."
"I think it's a wise choice," Chloe said.
Dani nodded in agreement. "I thought it was unclear who might be doing this, but it's best not to get muddled up."
The class began and they went back to their seats. Chloe took out a notebook and opened it carefully. She flipped to the middle section and started taking notes of the lesson. Stella pulled out her books and calculator and placed them neatly on her table. The lecture had begun and she took notes on her booklet. Dani looked at her before opening his booklet. He was unsure whether to tell her about what he was doing or not. He wanted to find out who is behind the lights and help her, but felt that she didn't want to be helped. He remained silent the rest of the class until the bell rang again.
During break, Stella went out of the classroom to fill her bottle. She noticed a label on the tap. It seemed that someone had forgotten it while filling up her bottle. She flipped the label and read "best dancers". It is probably someone who is learning dancing, she thought. Her thoughts were confirmed as a girl hurriedly came and took the label off the tap.
As she headed back to class, a girl came running past her and left her wondering why she was in such a hurry. A few girls rushed by her and went down the stairs. She looked out of the window into the school stadium and didn't see anything. She looked at her watch and hurried back into the classroom.
Dani looked up from his seat as he saw her approaching. "Hi," he said smiling.
Stella smiled back at him. "What have you got there?" She asked.
"It's my laptop. I bought it last week, because it was on discount," he replied.
"It looks very new," she said.
"Yes, I've only used it today."
"Why did you buy a new laptop, I don't think the teacher has told us that we should buy one."
"I was in the town centre and I saw this new laptop. I thought I might need it one day, when I go studying."
"Oh, so you're preparing for your studies."
"Yes."
