"Now, everyone leave us. Go back to your rooms." Ms Juliet ordered and all left quickly.
When it was just the two of them standing there in the hall, she faced Tina squarely in the eyes. Her eyes were so sharp that Tina moved back involuntarily before catching herself.
"How dare you?" Ms. Juliet spat out angrily. "What gave you the right to touch an household staff of this house?"
"I have every right to do that as I will end up as the lady of the house." Tina retorted back and Ms. Juliet snorted unladylike.
"You must be delusional, young lady. Who says because Elias welcomes you and treats you nicely that you will end up as the lady of the house?" Ms. Juliet gave her a wry smile.
"Are you both mates? How can you as a young lady not seek your own mate but would rather hook yourself to a mate man?" The words were out before she could stop herself. She looked away quickly and twisted her mouth in regret.
