"Mrs. Williams, what are you doing here? Why are you crying? What's going on?" She asked Ms. Juliet as Mrs. Williams couldn't answer and just burst into tears anew.
"She lost her mate." She replied her curtly and went back to comforting the woman in despair.
All the other maids stood around and they all wore a sullen look and that of contempt at Tina.
"Who does she think she is? Lady of the house? Humph."
"I pray the Alpha does not choose her his mate. This Manor will really become unbearable."
"I fear for the Alpha the most. I can't help but feel she is a conniving bitch and will cloud the Alpha's judgement." They whispered in hush voices.
Tina heard the whispering and glared at them. Ms. Juliet also noticed this and signaled for them to leave the room.
As they were leaving, the Alpha came in through the door with his beta, zeta and Aurora in tow.
