Felix sat back and waiting behind. He had been quiet lately. Too quiet, even for his own liking. Long after others had gone to bed, he remained awake.
"I don't want to have H.P because of you." He heard Ella say softly.
Turning side way, he saw her eyes faintly opened. "I don't understand, H.P?" He asked.
"Hypertension." She replied.
He smiled, hypertension. "Never, you're fine and will always be." He said softly, almost as a whisper.
"Then why are you still awake?" She asked.
"I can't sleep." He replied.
"Then we'll both stay awake then." She said, sitting upright.
"No, you can't." He said. When she gave him a questioning look, he said. "You're pregnant, you can't be stressed. Please my love, sleep now. In fact, I'll sleep as well." He said, laying down.
"You're not going to tell me why you're still up, are you? And here I am thinking that we've passed that bridge already." She said and lied back.
