[Opening scene]
The sun sets on the horizon, ejecting a warm bloom over the seas. A bantam dinghy bobs on the amiable waves, holding a young boy named Aiko. He browses the horizon with a worn-out map in hand, his eyes filled with determination.
[Scene 1]
Aiko:(muttering to himself) "This is it; I can feel it, this is the beginning of my journey to become pirate king!
He says as he sails into uncharted waters, a strange, remote island appears on the horizon. The atmosphere shifts, and Aiko feels an excitement he cannot explain.
[Scene 2]
As Aiko advances to the island, he can see all types of things you would not see on the daily and Aiko being Aiko is intrigued by all of it. The island is a paradise of some sort, but still, something does not sit right with Aiko about this island.
While Aiko is approaching the island, he says: "WOW! this island is really cool! maybe I'll find some treasure here, ah... or even better, someone who knows where THE PIRATE KING'S TREASURE IS!"
Moments later, Aiko finally arrives at this mysterious island, and he anchors his precious dinghy on the side, as he sets foot onto the sandy shores.
[Scene 3]
Aiko then delves deeper into the island forests, and he finds a lot of things fascinating, but then he encounters a problem, from a far, he notices a pirate crew, of course Aiko does not fear a challenge, but these guys seemed dangerous, and he was just by himself, so he decided to hide away from them. While Aiko hid away to the other side of the forest, he encountered a large beast, a sort of large tiger, Aiko being the brave soul he is, he decided to fight the large beast. Aiko falls into his fighting stance and is prepared to fight the tiger. As Aiko lunges forward to launch an attack at the tiger, he trips and falls down a slope deeper into the forest, he was quite injured, but just a scratch (to Aiko of course).
[Scene 4]
Aiko is again back on his feet, and once he collects himself, he sees a strange man watching him from the bush, he then decides to approach the bush to check this weird, mysterious man, the man jumps at Aiko, Aiko then falls back, with now this man on top of him.
Aiko: "uh... who are you?" Aiko asks obviously confused.
Omoshiro: "I am Omoshiro...protector of this island's secrets, I warn you to not mess with me, for I am a very dangerous man"
Aiko: (Bursting in laughter), "oh, that was a good one!"
Omoshiro: (Slightly aggravated), "HEY, this is not a joke, you think this some silly joke, huh? well let me tell ya something, IT ISN'T!"
Aiko: (Still laughing hysterically), "HAHAHA! oh you're killing me!"
Omoshiro: (Omoshiro is tired of Aiko taking him for a joke, so he decides to do what any person in this situation would do (in his opinion), he decides to hit Aiko on the head) *TWONK*
Aiko: (He holds his head in pain while rolling side-to-side on the ground), "OUCH! why would you do that," Aiko asks in pain and confusion.
Omoshiro: (Omoshiro now pleased he got Aiko's attention), "Well, that what happens when you are acting the fool, now that I got your attention, I wanted to warn you about this island-
*Omoshiro is then interrupted by Aiko. *
Aiko: "What do you mean "warn you about this island," is there something wrong with it"
*TWONK* (Omoshiro once again hit Aiko on the head, this time for interrupting him while speaking)
Aiko: "OW! What was that for this time...?" (Aiko asks while holding his head in pain)
Omoshiro: "That was for interrupting me, now if you'd let me speak, that would be exceedingly kind of you, now... SHUT UP! and listen. As I was saying, I wanted to warn you about this island, it does not treat newcomers so well and definitely won't treat you so well, so thread carefully around here young boy."
(Omoshiro says genuinely caring for Aiko's well-being, even though he barely knows him)
Aiko: (Confidently says), "Well thanks old man, but you don't have to worry about me, i can handle anything this island will throw at me."
*TWONK*
(Omoshiro, once again, hits Aiko on the head)
Aiko: "HEY!" (Aiko clearly tired of the abuse)
Omoshiro: "Don't be so ignorant, just take my advice"
Aiko: "Yeah, yeah, whatever. Well I should be heading out now, I must continue my journey to becoming the next pirate King, speaking of the pirate King, would you by any chance know where the pirate King's treasure could be?"
(Aiko asks with a sparkle in his eyes hoping this old man in a random forest will by any chance know where the Pirate King's treasure is)
(Omoshiro is shocked by this question, he's never met anyone so ambitious)
Omoshiro: "You think I'd just be sitting around protecting some random island if I knew?"
Aiko: "Well...maybe, you are some weird stubby old man anyway"
(Omoshiro clearly offended by Aiko's comment)
*TWONK*
(Omoshiro decided to hit him on the head again, for his insensitive comment)
Aiko: (Obviously tired of Omoshiro hitting him), "STOP THAT!"
Omoshiro: "I'll only stop, if you start behaving"
(Aiko frowns but obliges)
Aiko: "Fine, I'm sorry old man"
Omoshiro: "It's ok young man, and, the names Omoshiro"
Aiko: "Mine's Monkey D Aiko, the next pirate King" (Aiko says while standing confidently)
(Omoshiro is wowed by the fact that Aiko holds the will of "D" in his name, and that he also originates from the Monkey D family)
Omoshiro: "hm, well it's nice to meet you kid"
[Scene 5]
(Aiko is now walking around the island with Omoshiro, and they're starting to bond, and get to know each other more)
Aiko: "So, old man, how did you end up being the protector of this island?"
(Aiko asks, genuinely wanting to know how the old man became the protector of this strange yet fascinating island).
Omoshiro: "Well... it started years back.'
[Flashback]
[Scene 1]
About 17 years ago, during the Gen X era (a well-known pirate, who was rumoured to be the pirate king) we are welcomed by a pirate crew, known as the "Dark-heart" pirates, and a sort-of young Omoshiro is seen traveling around with this pirate crew aboard their ship. Dark-heart Kurai, captain of the "Dark-heart" pirates, a notorious pirate at the time with a 2.3 billion Berrie bounty and was even considered to be one of the Emperors of the sea, is seen on the "Dark-heart" pirate ship, just relaxing and minding his business, while his crewmembers are busy on the ship, and young Omoshiro is seen looking at a map, seems he was the navigator of this ship.
*Moments later*
[Scene 2]
They have finally arrived at their destination, or at least what seems to be their destination, a puzzling yet pulchritudinous wonderland, small but capturing, like the centre of attention, like a popstar under the light.
Kurai: "Ey! Omo, you really baffled me with this one, what an amazing island!"
(Kurai says while standing in front of the island confidently with his arms wide open showing his amazement of this island while holding a bottle of booze in his hand)
Kurai: (he turns to his crew and says) "Well let's go on!"
(he says this while motioning for them to follow him into the island)
*The crew then follows him*
[Scene 3]
Deep in this island forest, Kurai and the crew find a lot of interesting things, different wildlife, plants and etc, all of this is comical to Kurai and a few other of the crew members, a few others find it either dull or chilling, and young Omoshiro finds it stimulating, with him being the analytical person he is, he just loves investigating new things he comes across. As the pirate crew dives deeper, and deeper into the forest, they come across ancient ruins, everyone is wowed by these ruins, they're broken yet ravishing.
Kurai: "Wow!" (Kurai is obviously amazed by these ruins, he can't believe what his eyes are witnessing)
Omoshiro: "WAHHHHHHHHHH!!" (Omoshiro says almost screeching, he can't believe the ancient ruins are real, his been studying about them for a while now.)
The rest of the crew is also amazed by their discovery, they can't believe their eyes in this very moment, it's just so wonderful.
*Rumbles are heard under these ancient ruins*
While the crew is admiring the ruins atmosphere, Omoshiro hears a rumbling sound in the distance yet so close.
Omoshiro: "Ah... whats that sound" (Omoshiro asks to himself)
(Kurai notices Omoshiro just standing in the back looking lost, so he decides to go up to him and check up on him)
Kurai: "Heyy! Omo, what's wrong lad?, look a little lost ey" (he says this while putting his arm around him and ruffing up his hair a bit)
Omoshiro: "Yeah, yeah, I'm ok, I'm just wondering if you guys could hear that rumbling sound?"
Kurai: *Kurai burst out into laughter*, "Oh! that's a good one Omo, but are you seriously worried about a few rumbles, if you were, I'd be really concerned about my choice of a first mate...you're not afraid are you...?"
(He asks genuinely wondering if Omoshiro fears these so-called rumble noises)
Omoshiro: (Omoshiro obviously worried says), "Uh... no, no, definitely not, Hehe, what kind of first mate would I be if i feared such, hey? So, let's just continue walking."
Kurai: "Ey!, that's what I like to hear, let's go" (Kurai then walks back to where the crew is with his arm still around Omoshiro).
As they walk back to with the rest of the crew, the rumbling sounds can be heard again, but louder, so loud that everyone heard it this time.
Kurai: "Ey!, let's just continue walking." (Kurai says this genuinely not concerned about the rumbling noises)
The crew all agree and take their captains orders and just continue. As they continue, out of nowhere the ground starts shaking vigorously, and everyone can feel it.
Omoshiro: "Ah!, ah!, ah!, we're gonna die!, this is the end of us, ahhh!"
(Kurai hears Omoshiro overreacting, and slaps him and says)
Kurai: "SHUT UPP!!, and pull yourself together"
(Seems the slapped work, Omoshiro finally comes back to his senses, and relaxes)
Omoshiro: "I'm sorry, i don't know what got into me"
As Omoshiro comes back to his sense, him and the whole crew fall down through the floor
Omoshiro: "AHHHHHHHHH!!"
And the last the thing you hear is Omoshiro falling into a dark abyss...
