In a future were people evolved by using steam machines, there's an organisation called S.S. that captures dangerous criminals and makes them fight as a form of entertainment. The siblings Alabaster and Minerva Axton were captured by the organisation and they would be forced to show their fighting and engineering skills if they wanted to win and leave this place alive.
