The mountain was quiet in the aftermath, unnaturally so. The eerie stillness made the world feel as though it were holding its breath, waiting for something else to break through the calm. I stood there, breath heavy, my mind spinning. The entity was gone, but the strange silence left me unsettled. The victory didn't feel as final as it should have. In fact, it felt like the world itself was waiting for something worse.

Raven stood beside me, her hand still resting lightly on my shoulder as if to keep me grounded. Her breath came out in visible puffs, her face a mix of concern and exhaustion. Leif, ever stoic, wiped his sword on the snow and sheathed it, but even he looked shaken, his brow furrowed as he stared at the ruins of the entity's stronghold.
