Tales of the heart❤
Episode 02
The entry into the house had already happened, and everyone had gathered inside. Shivangi instructed ruhi to take Kashi to Rudra's room. Ruhi led Kashi to Rudra's room, which was beautifully decorated. There were three large photos hung in the room. One showed Rudra standing alone, posing confidently, while another depicted Rudra with two other children, standing in a playful army formation. The third photo was a family picture.
Kashi was still gazing at these pictures when ruhi realized what was going on in her mind. Ruhi said, "These are my children, Anaya and Ansh. They are currently away with their grandfather for studies and will be back in a week or two. You can meet them then. Freshen up for now; I'll bring clothes for you."
With that, ruhi left Kashi in the room and went towards another room. Shivangi, on her way to give clothes to Kashi, met ruhi. Shivangi handed over the clothes to ruhi and then went back downstairs to the hall.
When ruhi entered the room, she saw Kashi gazing at herself in the mirror, standing there like a statue. Ruhi gently placed her hand on Kashi's head and made her sit on the bed.
Ruhi said, "Beta, I can understand what you might be going through right now, but Rudra is a very good boy. If he has taken responsibility for you, he will fulfill this relationship very well. Forget your past and move forward in your present. Embrace this relationship gradually. This family will always love you, and Shivangi bhabhi, you have fulfilled her wish for a daughter. She always wanted a daughter, and she will love you immensely."
After saying this, ruhi gave clothes to Kashi and sent her to freshen up in the bathroom.
In the hall downstairs:--------
Everyone was looking at Rudra in such a way as if they were asking him why he did all this suddenly. Just then, amidst the silence, Shivansh's voice echoed in the hall.
Shivansh said, "Rudra, what is this? And how did you fill a girl's hairline like this?"
Rudra said, "Sorry Papa, I didn't have any other option. If I hadn't done this, that girl's life would have been ruined forever. Maybe this was a sign from Mahadev that I heard all those conversations happening among those people behind the temple. I overheard that the man had bought Kashi and even her aunt had sold her for money."
At that moment, shivangi said, "How can a person fall so low, all for money? Even though that woman was Kashi's aunt, but isn't an aunt supposed to be like a mother? Even if not a mother, at least there should be a human connection. How could people stoop so low?" Shivangi was reminded of her past experiences where similar things had happened to her as well.
Shivansh noticed that Shivangi was lost in her thoughts and gently placed his hand on her shoulder to comfort her.
Shivansh said, "I can understand what you must be going through right now. You can empathize with that girl's pain very well."
Shivangi replied, "Yes, a person can never forget the betrayals from their loved ones. It's okay; she is like my daughter now. I will love her so much that she will never feel the absence of her real parents."
After saying this, shivangi approached Rudra and said, "I hope you will handle this relationship very well and honestly."
"Now go to the room and see if Kashi needs anything," Shivangi instructed Rudra before sending him to his room.
When Rudra entered the room, he saw Kashi coming out of the bathroom, just now ready. She was wearing a red-colored Anarkali dress with a towel wrapped around her hair. Rudra was momentarily captivated by Kashi's presence, noticing the bangles in her hands and the mangalsutra around her neck, which made her look extremely beautiful. Kashi had not seen Rudra yet; she went straight to the mirror to adjust her hair.
Rudra was drawn towards Kashi, mesmerized by her, until Kashi suddenly glanced at him through the mirror. Seeing Rudra looking at her intently, Kashi jumped a little and looked around, covering herself with her dupatta.
Kashi asked, "When did you come?"
Rudra, caught off guard by Kashi's sudden reaction, averted his gaze and replied, "Just a while ago. If you need anything, let me know. I'll be in the study room."
Saying this, Rudra left for the study room directly from there. The study room was attached to Rudra's bedroom, where he handled his office work and attended meetings with clients. Even after coming to the study room from his room, Rudra's heart was still restless. He tried to calm himself down.
Rudra wondered how he could manage the situation, especially concerning Kashi's thoughts about him. If she noticed that he was constantly watching her, he wasn't sure how she would react. Every time he saw Kashi, he felt a rush of emotions, and he sensed that Kashi was also uneasy.
Ruhi (Shivangi and Shivansh) intervened, advising everyone to give them time. She emphasized that fate had brought Rudra and Kashi together for a reason, but it was up to them to nurture this relationship. Shivansh agreed, acknowledging the need to handle the situation delicately.
Meanwhile, Sarthak was in the kitchen preparing ginger and cardamom tea to refresh everyone's mood. He brought the tea to the hall and distributed it, suggesting that they all relax and enjoy the moment together. Shivangi also inquired about Sarthak's hospital work, to which he replied positively, adding a touch of humor about Niharika's presence.
Ruhi, however, grew annoyed with Sarthak's jests, expressing her discomfort with his teasing. Sarthak, in his charming way, defused the situation with humor. The family shared a light moment, laughing together.
Later, shivangi discussed her concern with Shivansh about how they would inform Ranvijay Ji about Rudra and Kashi's marriage when he returned from London. Shivansh assured her that he would handle it and mentioned that Ranvijay Ji would be returning with Anaya and Ansh in a week, bringing a smile to shivangi's face.
Night fell, and Kashi had fallen asleep sitting on the bed. On the other hand, Rudra was still working in the study room. When he entered the room and saw Kashi asleep in that position, he felt a pang of concern. He gently lifted Kashi and laid her comfortably on the bed to avoid any neck strain.
As Rudra tucked Kashi in, he worried about her comfort and his own situation on the small sofa. Eventually, he settled on the sofa, although it was not very comfortable for him due to its size.
At 5:00 AM the next morning, Kashi woke up according to her routine and saw that she had been laid on the bed properly with a blanket. She briefly panicked, wondering who had tucked her in so neatly. However, when she noticed Rudra on the sofa, she understood that he had taken care of her comfort and decided that the sofa was fine for him.
Kashi approached Rudra, who was lost in his thoughts, and gently shook him, asking him to move to the bed. Rudra insisted that he was fine on the sofa, but Kashi was concerned about his backache. She got up to freshen up, leaving Rudra to contemplate her actions.
The morning passed, and Kashi noticed that everyone in the house was still asleep. She greeted Kakiji, who was cleaning the kitchen, and asked her for directions to the temple. Kakiji smiled and showed her the way. Kashi brought flowers for the temple and started decorating it beautifully. After completing the decorations, she lit the lamp, offered akshat, sandalwood paste, and performed aarti, singing devotional songs.
The temple looked serene and beautiful after Kashi's efforts. She felt a deep connection with Lord Shiva's idol, and her prayers were heartfelt. After completing the rituals, Kashi felt a sense of peace and returned to the house, where everyone was still asleep.
