The world has been at war for ten years, the humanity has been in a constant struggle with mythological creatures....
It is said that the Gods have decided to wipe out mankind.
'Why are the Gods Gods? It is a question that has haunted me forever...'
Society has changed in recent years, people are no longer dedicated to study or to work, only to the struggle for survival.
Perhaps, these would have been the words that Hito's late father would have said. Sadly, such words have died out along with it, as the number of people is rapidly decreasing.
The knowledge accumulated over generations has been extinguished. Now only books have remained, waiting to spread their knowledge again.
'Could it be that the Gods, just come from another world where powers are something as normal as the five senses that humans possess?'
'Pure garbage...'
'If they were really divinities, they wouldn't take these measures. There is no reason to justify what they have done'.
Hito continued walking in the forest, surrounded by giant trees, which hid the sky. Naturally, some rays of light managed to enter, creating a green environment around him.
The flora had reclaimed land and the number of animals had increased unchecked, as human presence had become scarce. So, hunting had become a great source of food for Hito.
Suddenly, the fur of a rabbit began to stand out in the vegetation, Hito possessed exceptional hunting skills, as he had lived together with his little sister for the past few years, so her survival depended solely on him.
In addition, stealth was one of the other characteristics he had mastered to perfection, due to the long years he spent dealing with mythological creatures.
Hito approached slowly while camouflaging his presence in the dense grass, in order to quickly grab him by the ears. However, before he could do that, the earth began to tremble, causing the rabbit to flee.
*~Fssshh~*
An immense noise caused by the leaves shaking resounded in the forest, it seemed that a seismic event was occurring.
Hito calmly, he hid in the vegetation, expectant of what was going on.
'Is it shaking?'
'No... these movements could only be caused by...' Hito reacted quickly and began to run to where he and his sister were taking shelter.
'How could they have gotten there? I was walking around and didn't notice anything strange...'
Hito continued to run with all his might, avoiding thinking the worst.
Suddenly, a flashback came to his mind.
Five years ago
Hito along with his nine year old sister and his father, were running into the forest hoping to escape from the fire gargoyles that had attacked a small village in which they were sheltering.
"Dad, what will happen to the people who helped us in the village?" asked the sister, frightened.
"They probably ran away too." Dad replied as he lifted her up to run faster.
"I don't want them to die," said the little girl with tears in her eyes.
Hito continued to run into the forest while a sad expression formed on his face.
After a while, they stopped to regain their strength.
"I can't do it anymore, my legs can't take it anymore." Said Dad.
Hito began to analyze his surroundings, everything was full of trees, the sky could barely be seen and in the distance, only more trees could be observed.
"Is this a safe place?" asked Hito.
"The terrain and the trees show no signs of beasts being present, unlike when we entered the forest." Dad replied.
"It's a beautiful place, it's very colorful." Said the little sister while holding a flower.

Back to the present... Hito kept returning to where his sister was. Also, he began to see that most of the trees were down.
'Did I take the wrong path? 'No, how the hell did they get here' Hito wondered as he increased his speed.
When he arrived, the shelter was completely destroyed.
"Aris!" Hito shouted his sister's name as he approached the rubble.
*~RrrRrrrrRr~*
Suddenly, the earth began to shake again. Then, the voices of beings began to echo in the surroundings.
Hito, worried for his sister's life, stealthily hid among the fallen trees. Moreover, he listened as two beings seemed to be arguing.
"Surrender to our mistress."
"You were created a few hours ago and you dare to give me orders."
*~Puummm~*
Followed by this, thumps were heard that felt as if two large masses were colliding.
Gusts of air whipped to all sides causing a portion of the Rubble to fly through the air.
Suddenly, the cries of a little girl began to be heard.
Hito, hearing how his little sister was crying among the debris, began to sneak closer, until he managed to see the two beings, one seemed to be a knight made of clay and the other looked like an angel, but some parts of his body were connected by roots.
The two beings continued to talk.
"She is suffering and soon she will die, why don't you finish her off at once?" asked the clay knight.
"That human, she has more courage than a puppet that only follows orders." Replied the angel.
"Are you saying you will protect her?" After saying this question, the clay knight quickly ran towards the little girl who was bleeding to death in the rubble.
When the knight was a few meters away from the girl, Hito suddenly appeared on his back, in order to perform a diagonal cut with a small iron knife he was holding. Unfortunately, it broke on impact with him.
The angel observed what was happening from afar, 'That human was hiding his presence, waiting for the perfect moment to try to finish off one of us.' Then, he continued to watch as the Clay Knight quickly turned around to strike Hito and thought, 'Unfortunately for them, that's their limit.'
When Hito was about to receive the impact, he quickly ducked, dodging the knight's horizontal blow, then tried to knock him down by attacking the knight's feet with his right foot. When he hit him, he felt as if he was kicking a rock, he couldn't move him even an inch.
The knight quickly threw another punch, Hito instinctively backed away from him.
'I couldn't even get a scratch on him, what shouId do? Aris is still trapped' Hito thought as his anguish increased.
On the other hand, the angel continued to analyze what was going on, 'despite being a human, he managed to easily dodge this guardian's attacks.'
"You are a human right-?" When the clay knight was about to finish asking, the angel appeared beside him and put his hand on his back. In a second, thousands of roots began to compress the knight's entire body until he was destroyed.
"Don't try to get information in front of me." Said the angel.
