"It must be said that it was a pleasure to have Selene's soft and boneless hands on his shoulders, especially when his back was pressed against a pair of huge breasts. With the foam on the front of him, Erin was washing his chest. Aegon sighed:
"It's like paradise on earth."
"Don't squirm anymore. How am I supposed to give you a massage and back rub if you keep squirming? Plus, you'll flatten me." Selené pushed him irritably as he slumped against her.
"You said I should enjoy myself? Why do I feel like you're the only one enjoying it!" Selene muttered angrily while massaging.
Aegon leaned against Selene and answered casually: "What dou mean? Who was saying how good it was just two hours ago?"
"I don't want to hear it anymore!!!"
Selené's face and ears turned red instantly, as she tried to cover Aegon's mouth with her hand, causing chaos.
Aegon forgot how things unfolded afterwards, and when he woke up, the sun was high. He had returned from the shower to the soft bed, Irene and Selené were already up, leaving behind two different fragrances by his side.
After dressing and freshening up, Aegon descended from the spiral staircase to find Irene and Selené sitting on the couch in the same pose, legs crossed, supporting their chins in thought, while a newspaper lay on the coffee table.
"What's this all about?"
"Eat and we'll tell you."
It was already noon, with a sumptuous lunch of chicken, duck, fish, and more. Though it might have been sparse for three people, Irene and Selené clearly had their minds elsewhere, only speaking after Aegon had eaten a bit.
Irene succinctly stated, "Mera said there have been changes in Drasil."
Selené added, "More precisely, the Wood Dragon Aldoron is missing."
As they approached the central continent of Drasil, Mera quickly noticed something amiss.
The terrain in the central continent had changed, from continuous mountain ranges to plains and basins.
Initially, Mera thought she had made a wrong turn, quickly using ancient script magic to confirm repeatedly before coming to this astonishing realization.
"Missing?"
Irene nodded thoughtfully, "Yes, we just confirmed it with Selené."
After receiving Mera's feedback, Irene and Selené quickly confirmed with probing magic that Aldoron was indeed missing.
Selené speculated, "Maybe he ran away on his own. After all, news of the Black Dragon appearing in Ermina has spread throughout the Guiltina continent."
After confirming the news of Aldoron's disappearance, they quickly began to investigate the reasons.
Irene raised her hand, and the newspaper on the coffee table flew into her hand. She placed it on the table, "Take a look at this."
Following Irene's finger, a shocking headline caught their eyes.
[Shocking! Five towns in Drasil disappear overnight!]
Aegon briefly skimmed through it. Roughly, four days ago, all five towns in Drasil disappeared overnight, with the continuous mountain ranges now transformed into plains and basins. Even the residents of the nearest town, Dramil, were unsure of what had happened. According to them, there was a sudden earthquake, and when they ran out, the earthquake stopped, and the next day, Drasil was gone.
Selené spoke after Aegon finished reading, "It's likely he left the central continent after transforming into human form."
Irene nodded slightly, "There was only one tremor, with no traces of battle. It's very likely."
"It seems he really ran away."
Aegon nodded in agreement, "If he ran, then he's scared. No need to worry about a cowardly deserter."
Aegon rubbed his chin, "But that doesn't seem right. He left with his whole family..."
Irene didn't bother with Aegon's digression, "With his massive size, he couldn't have run. We'll pay attention if he reappears."
Selené blinked her large eyes, "So what do we do now?"
Aegon raised his index finger, "Adhere to a good principle of being human."
"What does that mean?"
Selené, eager to be a good human, was almost ready to take out her notebook.
"Since we're here, let's buy bunny girl costumes for you!"
Upon hearing this answer, Selené's forehead landed on the table.
Selené wanted to punch Aegon in the face with her clenched fist.
Irene explained calmly, "He means since we're here, we might as well take a look around. Besides, shopping should be enjoyable for you. It's like fulfilling a promise to you."
Aegon snapped his fingers, "Exactly."
"Oh!!!" Selené cheered, her enthusiasm ignited at the mention of shopping.
Compared to Selené's love for excitement, Irene, who preferred peace, wasn't as enthusiastic about shopping. She didn't like the attention people put on her. With Selené's company, she had originally intended to decline.
But before she could refuse, Aegon's hand was already on her hand. She turned her head slightly, meeting Aegon's gaze.
"We agreed to rediscover the world together."
"That was your idea, not mine. I never agreed."
Hearing his words, Irene shook her head slightly in resignation, but the smile on her face had already betrayed her.
"Just say whether you're going or not."
Irene even sensed a hint of coquetry in the man's tone. Unable to refuse, her refusal was no longer forthcoming. Her lips parted slightly, "I'll go."
The three of them overlooked the drastically changed Drasil from the airship, with many people coming specifically to investigate, causing overcrowding in nearby towns like Dramil.
They didn't linger, heading towards the most prosperous city and economic hub of Kiltina, as well as the location of the Guiltina Magic Evaluation Institute, the city of Byeroki.
Watching Selené, eager to see the distant view, Aegon felt a bit shameful.
It was supposed to be shopping, but Aegon had a vague feeling...
Zero-cost shopping (x)
Shopping (?)
Aegon was not empty-handed now. First, he had plundered from a group of bandits, and the dragon Irene had stomped to death was also filthy rich, though he didn't know spatial magic, so he handed all the money over to Irene.
As for Selené, it goes without saying. She had once shown Aegon and Irene the wealth leaking from her fingers, estimating that it would be enough to live without worry for a lifetime.
