*Running leap!.*
I've always wondered why I felt so different from everyone else.
I think... there was a mistake somewhere.
The change came from my childhood, it was here where I was more weak then ever then any other person and when it got worse at one point, it stopped... I could remember that the small constant pain that was every where on my body stopped. that was the start that i was different.
But how different was I, really?... Well the weirdness grew with me.
*falling woosh~*
At the time of getting them, I didn't have the answer for why I got them but
*Twhip!*
*Twhip*
*Woosh!*
And that's the story I want to think about.
my small origin of where i got my abilities and its troubled problems that came with them.
________
6:30am
A spider watched a woman rushing around her house looking for whatever was written on paper or objects and boxes that where in the old office.
'Come on come on!'
*distant echoed coughing* a small coughing sound that came from upstairs in the house, only giving the woman more worry.
'I know it's here somewhere!'
*clatter*
the woman searched frantically, knocking down a few items on the floor.
But no matter what she tried to search for, it never came up.
she looked and looked and finally stopped, looking around her was now just a desperate looking mess of the office.
*distant coughing echoes* and the coughing of her boy didn't stop.
*sobs and slumps against the wall*
the woman didn't know what to do now as she brings her knees up and sits there with a single thought.
'I can't lose you too' she knows her son won't make it, just as her husband couldn't.
'he said he made it, then where is it!'
*muffled* "w-why now?" A disease that comes unexpectedly a rare one. one that just took her husband and now wants to take her child.
she picks up an object and throws it at the light switch yelling a curse.
"Damned it all!" *smash!*
*quiet sobs*
as she sits there in the corner of the dark room, she stared at her husbands office. and then on the book shelf there lay a spider in a glass case.
she gets up to look at the spider, watching her husband's pet he kept.
"how are you still alive?" She asked the arachnid.
she grabbed the small glass case taking it and Intending to release it outside, but before she could, she trips over the items in the dark room.
*crack* the case broke on the ground as she watched as nothing moved around it.
She couldn't find the spider but a shine on the floor from the suns light reaches her eyes instead.
she slowly crawled towards the shine under the floor board where a slit can be seen, she put her finger into it and lifted the board to reveal a metal box with a note reading.
'my small but greatest life's work of both worlds, from me to you, my son'
As she read the note the spider reappeared behind her near the stairs crawling up them without problem.
.....
...
..
the note she read, had a second space written for only her.
'I'm sorry I left you, my love, but you will have to take care of our son on your own, show him a world I couldn't, and may we meet again, Samantha'
What she had was something her husband worked hard for, the substance her husband was researching, that at this point in she knows what its based off.
the super soldier project that gave Captain America his name and she thought back to her last conversation with him on his death bed.
(I will be editing for an extended period of time starting here I guess)
Captain America... The thought of the heros strength and great health were said in his time, and with this information on his great health, Richard spent his life researching about it, and only coming to one conclusion after coming up with his chemical formulas he would try, he doesn't have test subjects to use.
so he goes and gets the small rats and mice that were available at stores or found thrown away by people.
...sadly enough but also predictable, Nothing worked, and no results with the sacrifices the rodents made.
Failure.
Failure.
Another Failure.
Another failure.
...
He kept going but he later grew weak to do anything else outside and sometimes inside... and now he couldn't move out the house anymore as doctors couldn't do much more then tell him he'll spend the last days wherever he wants.
And would later stop all work on the project hearing this, looking at his growing son in his crib, silently.... he once said he saw a spider crawl up the crib, and he guided it to his hand and started watching it.
that's were the use of spiders came in, as they were easily around when you need them and are numerous, if the spider doesn't die in the process of receiving the smallest formulas, he would consider it a small win.
And It survived... and so he kept the first success locked in a glass cage in his office to watch the spiders reactions or problems.
he later tested on all spider's that came in the home.
using the same and sometimes different formats of the first formula that the successful one survived from.
only the first spider came out successful then all others and so he worked with what little time he had left...
...
And looking down on her hand as she walks up the stairs, was a single vile containing her hope and her husband's wish.
*coughing behind a door*
she gets closer to the door only stopping for only but a second before going in.
_____________
<1 second later>
'Please work...'
*door creeks*
I was contemplating on what to do with the vile, it wasn't tested for humans but what choice does she have?.
watching her son go through what her husband did, she wants it to stop with this vile, and maybe have her child grow like the normal children.
(Still Editing...)
I look at my son who i will miss when I leave... but... 'I won't have to think...that I didn't leave him with nothing'
as I was walking towards him, he said "mom whats wrong?" When hes holding his bear and I told him not to worry and go to his bed, he looked at me with sleepy eyes
and I look in his eyes and kissed his head. I won't know if he'll be alright or how long it will take the serum to activate.
(he walked away towards his room closing it)
when he was asleep I went in his room, I took hold of the vile and opened it to pour the liquid in his glass of water.
I leave his room to finish packing.

I look at her mom with less seriousness but also making sure she listened "please protect him as you would your daughter and thank you for doing this Helen."
"you don't have to worry i have it covered, the only man that wouldn't agree is sitting in the car being grumpy heh"
"yes I'm sure George has his reasons for that" looking at the struggling boy on the floor
"gwen! Get off me!"
"And the winner! Is me again! Haha!" gwen said triumphantly.
I walk out the door down the steps waving at George and got in a cab to the airport
but... not knowing that it might be the last flight.
