Emrys again took three more months to absorb the entire pool of Soul Force and finally ascended to the rank of Glowing Red Soul Master. However, he noticed that as his Soul Cultivation grew stronger, the more challenging it became to further enhance his strength.
He required an enormous amount of resources—far more than what would be needed by an ordinary cultivator. This must be why Soul Cultivation was considered difficult, even in the era of Cosmic Cultivators.
Emrys learned from Radcliffe that, in the beginning, only the Spiritas Race had the ability to cultivate their souls. No one from any other race could do so. It was only when descendants were born from a union between a Spiritas Race member and someone from another race that they gained the ability to cultivate their souls. In other words, no one outside the Spiritas Race is of pure soul. Not a single being in the entire Spiritarium, including those in the Infinite Soul Star, is purely human—not even Emrys.
