The man controlling Emrys's body opened the backpack and his eyes immediately lit up. He took out all the Elite Green Soul Orbs and dumped them on the ground. "I was worried I might have to find a different way to awaken my Soul Mark."
Taking a deep breath, he muttered, "It seems this backpack belonged to the original owner of this body. Fortunately, I found it and now I can start the process of awakening my Soul Mark immediately."
Ignoring the nine giant red creatures, who remained immobilized, unable to make any movement because of the restriction, the man walked a few meters away. He then cut open his finger and began drawing a pattern on the ground with his blood. As the pattern neared completion, the dark mist began swirling around him, carrying demonic auras.
