Chapter 4 - Slumber!

In a vast expanse where countless floating orbs of various colors drifted, a towering humanoid figure stood, its presence dwarfing the surrounding spheres. The figure's gaze was fixed in a particular direction. After a few moments, the space in front of it began to distort, shimmering as if reality itself were warping. Out of this distortion, a human figure materialized.

That's right! It was Adam, and the newly arrived figure was Violet, the second outer god who had recently ascended to her divine status. Upon seeing Adam, a radiant smile spread across Violet's face. Without hesitation, she flung herself into his arms. Adam embraced her warmly, his hand gently stroking her hair, which made her tremble with satisfaction..

After a moment of shared silence, Adam broke it, his voice steady and calm. "Someone has been chosen," he said, his eyes shifting toward a giant wheel half his size, adorned with countless numbers

Violet looked up, meeting his gaze. "Who?" she asked, already knowing the answer but wanting to hear it from Adam.

"Avatar couple number 2828330, Luna and Lutter," Adam replied, his voice carrying a hint of amusement.

Violet showed no surprise. Instead, she tilted her head slightly, her curiosity piqued. "How did they go out?" she inquired, her eyes sparkling with interest.

Adam's lips curved into a slight smile. "By crashing a meteor larger than Earth into it. I decided to grant their wish."

Violet let out a soft laugh, her expression one of amused disbelief.

"As expected.....I suppose?" she said, shaking her head slightly.

After pondering for a while, she posed a question, "What will happen to the other avatars?"

"They will become experience points for Luna and Lutter," Adam explained. "This means that whatever classes the others had, Luna and Lutter will gain their knowledge and experience. However, they will need to practice and adapt to fully master these classes. In the new world, they will start anew as infants."

Adam looked at Violet, releasing her from his embrace. He gave her a gentle kiss before taking her hand. "Shall we go?" he asked softly.

Violet's grip tightened around his hand as she answered excitedly, "Yes!".

Adam extended his free hand, making a slicing motion through the air. The fabric of space itself seemed to tear apart, forming a portal that expanded until it was large enough for them to pass through. Hand in hand, they stepped through the portal, which slowly closed behind them.

They entered a realm of absolute darkness, a void where nothing could be seen no matter how hard one tried. This was the void, a place where they would enter a deep slumber for trillions, quadrillions, quintillions, sextillions, septillions, octillions, nonillions, or even decillions of years. They needed this time to fully merge with their powers and to transform their bodies. Currently, their forms were marred with cracks, unable to contain their immense power—a temporary state.

Adam imagined a house in his mind, and suddenly, a normal house appeared out of nowhere in the void. They walked toward it, opening the door and stepping inside. They ascended the stairs to the bedroom. Upon arrival, Adam twisted the door handle and they entered.

The room was modest yet cozy, with a large bed big enough for five people. A lantern on the bedside table cast a warm glow throughout the entire room by some unknown means. To the left, a bookshelf was filled with countless books, far too many for its average size. The walls were adorned with pictures of Adam and Violet, capturing moments of them in swimsuits, casual clothes, and even posing with a universe in the background.

Adam led Violet to the bed, lifting her effortlessly and placing her gently on it. He lay down beside her, wrapping his arms around her and pulling her close, her head resting happily on his chest. He pulled the bedsheet over them, cocooning them in warmth.

Goodnight, darling~," Violet whispered.

"Goodnight, honey~," Adam replied.

After they said their Goodnights to each other, they began to close their eyes slowly until it completely closed. In complete darkness outside, the house was like the light in the dark, a being bigger than house appear, it was a ball shape with disgusting tentacles on its body, oily liquid moving on its body, its mouth wide open with sharp teeth, one big black eye on its face, no nose nor ears.

When it saw the house, it ran at unimaginable speed towards it, just as it was about to touch the house, it instead hit a translucent barrier which appeared all around the house making the monster bounce on it sending it flying hundreds of kilometers away.

Thousands of similar monsters, each more hideous than the last, appeared, attacking the house with relentless fury. Yet, their efforts were in vain. The house was invulnerable, a fortress that could only be destroyed by the combined efforts of four outer gods—a feat that was impossible as they never worked together. The monsters continued their futile assault, while inside, Adam and Violet slept peacefully in each other's embrace.

.....

Currently, Adam sat atop a castle, Violet nestled in his lap, cuddling into his chest. He looked into the distance before turning his gaze to Violet. "Are you unhappy?" he asked, his voice gentle.

Violet didn't answer immediately. She stared into the distance, her expression a mix of frustration and resignation. "Yes! We got here first! It's unfair!" she exclaimed, lightly pounding Adam's chest with her fists.

Adam gently patted her head, soothing her. "We didn't win. The rules are the rules. But don't worry, we will return to our main body," he reassured her.

Violet looked up at him, tilting her head in confusion. "Why?"

"Because I wanted to," Adam replied simply.

"But what about my opinion?!" Adam look at her dumbfounded, "You wanted it too, didn't you?" he said, seeing through her facade.

Caught off guard, Violet pouted and turned her head away, avoiding his eyes. Adam poked her cheek, making it deflate. They suddenly locked eyes, and Violet snuggled closer to his chest. Adam held her tightly as light particles began to emanate from their bodies. They gradually transformed into pure light, their forms dissolving into the air

All around the universe and multiverses, similar things happen, except the lights went into a particular universe, where they group up forming a white light, they flew to a planet and landed in an unknown place.
