She felt her neck tingle and a heavy pressure on the rest of her body. It wasn't very pleasant. She snapped her eyes open and pushed whatever was atop her out.
Above her, the artificial light of the under village shone bright, her head felt like it was going to split in two as she placed her hand before her eyes to shield the garnet orbs from the searing clarity.
The surroundings were not anywhere near her house. It looked like the Guard's training buildings, the one she just stole some scrap from, and of course, a good glass bottle.
"I should be back on my hut." She yawned, her throat painfully dry and without the faintest silhouette of a bottle to help her quench that thirst.
"What a bother." She stretched her limbs, noticing that her robes were damaged. "What the…"
For a moment her head pulsated in even greater pain, her lips twitched as she held her head, a sentiment of nausea washing her brain with it. She needed a drink, soon.
