Chapter one
Michelle sta down in the garden feeling different waves of emotion simultaneously the scent of flowers in the garden wirling towards her nose. Even though human believe vampires don't feel emotions. Michelle thinks they are wrong because she have apparently been living for over two centuries living her live in the simplest form despite being neglected by her vampire family,all because of love,yes!!! love is blind I can tell im a living witness. Her family was was the foundation stone of the war against werewolves,her father especially,had always considered wolves as inhumane sets of dogs and he had led several wars against them though rumour has it that he doesn't kill them but nobody knows where they all went to after the wars,not even the guards or the chiefs in the castle.
Michelle family was dreaded by all werewolves,but unfortunately Michelle happened to fall in love with Harry. A broad smile emerged from her pale white face as her sea blue eyes glitter,she remembered the day he met Harry though ashe had pass through a lot of hurdles that could make her to regret that day but she never felt a glint of regret.
On that particular day she had woken up to a dark weather ( though no weather is bright for a blood sucker ,we enjoy the moonlight) She decided to take a walk in the forest, it not her first time taking a stroll at night she's the adventurous and cheerful type of princess.She decided to sneak out of the castle ; hmm the castle is a mystery itself it was built a thousand years ago by my ancestors ; it is the house built specially for the vampire and my father has renovated it into his own personal taste. The castle was more of a fort Knox the main entrance of the castle was secured with fourteen skilled vampire lord's with different destructive abilities while the right side of the palace has five skilled vampire guarding it. The left side and the exit gate were also built in the se format. Inside the palace is a secret tunnel known only to the trusted officials, Michelle heard about the tunnel when his father Herod was talking to his adviser kane,Kane is the only person that has the authority to look into King Herod eyes probably because they were friends from childhood or because of his power to see the future.
Michelle decided to use the tunnel so she put on her favourite hunting robe with a unicorn design. she set out of her room towards the kitchen (we don't eat though but these is where the portion that allows us to work during the day are made). The kitchen was densely furnished with no windows,I moved to the center of the kitchen with a unicorn design on the floor,I stood on the design taking a careful look around before I stamped my foot on the floor weakly trying not to attract any attention, I quickly demonstrate my family ancestral martial skill, immediately I finished demonstrating it, a segment of the wall with a creative design of unicorn open up as I sneaked into it, it closed back gently,I wonder how my father came up with that idea, the engineer that designed this must be dead by now.
I started walking through the dark,cold and cozy tunnel, as I was walking through the tunnel I heard a dibble sound ,very low almost inaudible. Immediately I know that im not alone in the tunnel. I discovered immediately through my vampire instincts that im being watched,so I took a swift move to the left leapt up about 6feet away from the ground and moved towards the cunning bat that is spying on me, I took the disgusting animal in my left hand and look at it straight in the eye,the animal dark eyes shone in the darkness. Michelle looked deep into the animals eye like every other vampire, Michelle has a distinctive power that is considered weak by her vicious and ferocious dad, Michelle could discover human or animals emotion by merely looking at it straight in the eye, she can also read their mind and check their past actions. I could feel the sharp feeling of fear in it, it heartbeat is racing. As I look straight into it eye I saw my father at the window of his room, he snapped his fingers and these same bat appeared. my father converse with it and told it to watch over me and give him reports on a daily basis. My powers are still weak back then so I can't tell how long the bat has been spying on me.I know my dad wont stop at anything to protect me.
I snapped the bat head and it died immediately,other vampires might have sucked it blood but I didn't suck animals blood then, though I'll live or perhaps im living to regret why I didn't suck it blood back then.
Chapter Two
on a normal day I would have zoomed to the end of the tunnel, but what would taking a walk be without walking; that sounds like a rhythm!!! ahaa. After covering a few miles I started hearing a sound and soon it turn into howling, at first I thought they where bats again and I just couldn't believe my father would send a thousand bat to spy on his only daughter, but these sounds are more like that of werewolves howling towards mez For the first time since I've been in the tunnel I discovered that I've been walking on a straight path, I looked into the gate besides me and to my utmost surprise I saw a pack of wolves lurking in my direction, then it all made sense to me that this is not just a secret pathway or tunnel out of the castle but a dungeon where captivated wolves were kept. I remembered my father telling me during one of our sparring duel with him that the unicorn is a royal animal that don't just kill it enemy but use it enemy to get more of it enemy, more like a trap,very wise of him. I was gradually understanding his move,it a game of chess and my father is good at this. I continued my journey down the tunnel thinking about what my next experience would be,I've killed a bat, saw a park of captivated wolves, so what coming next; probably a fairy to grant me a wish!!.
soon I was out of the castle, the tunnel led me to the very middle of the forest.Dark, silent and peaceful safe for the hooting of crickets and owls. Moonlight is shining,the sharp smell of dry earth filled my nose,wow there nothing peaceful as the moonlight. Just as I was about strolling around the forest, my vampire senses where activated, I inhaled deeply, my sea blue eyes shining in the darkness as I leapt forward running back towards the castle as fast as my legs could carry me, that scent is very familiar the scent of the dean wolves, any vampire they laid there hands on are scapegoat for my father's cruelty during the war and am sure they would anything to catch me if they find out am the only daughter of the vampire lord.
These time I wasn't only running but zooming towards the castle, if only I could get there before they catch up of with me, I looked back and saw four furious or fury wolves rather sprinting towards me, shockingly the speed of werewolves is matching with that of vampires the only difference is the experience between the two racers,and am lagging in that aspect I prefer to spar than run, I find running too tiring and I I usually cheat during all my racing competitions In the castle. Assuming the wolves were two I can manage to wound them and escape with my head's on my hands,but four it'll definitely be the end of princess Michelle. I looked back only to discover that the wolves chasing me had reduced to two and the two were already closing up on her, the remaining two were using the trees as overhead bridge. Are that very moment I realized that I can't keep up with this, so I stopped running, initially I just wanted to play mind games with them and decieve them. So I looked into the eyes of the running wolves, immediately they stopped running and the ones climbing the trees jumped down. The wolves thought I want to finish fight them, but I surprised them by taking few steps to the back. This time around I had to put my pride aside, I told the wolves am not ready them,the wolves stopped moving towards me, I immediately seize the opportunity to look into the eye of the wolf leading the pack, it's cat eyes flashing ,I've seen a thousand wolves but these particular one looks cute it furs were brown like,i don't even know how to describe it.
Even though im in danger I can't help but admire the beauty of the wolf. I looked deep into it eye and saw a handsome heavily built young man with tanned rough skin,his body frame is built with muscles with his curly hair he looked like a beauty God.He was not putting on anything safe for a short leather shorts made from animal skin probably Tiger, I saw him talking to three other wolves two of them were male while the other is a female,the handsome dude seems to be their leader. Through their conversation I realized that the young men and the female were wolves whose parents has been taken as captives by my father and they have been living in the bush since childhood, though they didn't go through any special training they are on their way to fight with my father or perhaps on their way to save their parents.
I gave a wicked grin,it time to kick some dogs ass ' hey you damn bunch of dull dogs' I yelled at them,My intention was to provoke them so they'll get angry and they'll attack me then I'll beat the heal outta their body.
