"Haha! And so I just beat them all up before they could even do anything!"
Berkah's sister laughed out loud whilst slapping her knee, her posture as they sat in front of a fire was like that of a delinquent plotting disruption.
Berkah sat opposite her, as they slowly grilled four fish that he went and caught earlier from the river he bathed in.
"You just kept sending those bastards in here, so we had to keep beating them up!"
She added, slightly fanning the weak flame with the edge of her left wing.
"Ah sorry, you must've had a rough time."
[Why didn't I think about it before?]
Berkah averted his gaze and flipped the fish as they were beginning to burn slightly on one side.
"Wow, you sure like feeling bad for yourself."
Noticing Berkah's expression, she rolled her piercing green eyes.
"Well... It was a bit tough at first since we were scared but..."
"We had no other choice but to get stronger."
