The entire sea was chaotic as the Beast Pirates and the Donquixote Family continued their rampage.

The Marine branch bases in the New World faced relentless attacks from the Beast Pirates, leaving many of the bases in critical condition.

Because of this, Sengoku's hair turned noticeably whiter from the stress.

Even Garp, who was on vacation, was called back by Sengoku to help defend the Marine bases.

Otherwise, the damage to the Marine bases would be too severe.

Moreover, Palace Mapelseciel spoke about the artificial Devil Fruits after awakening and confirmed that Doflamingo kidnapped them for trading with the Beast Pirates.

Palace Mapelseciel's words solidified the situation, placing Doflamingo disadvantaged.

The Celestial Dragons and the World Government were in an uproar over Doflamingo's actions.

Some believed that Doflamingo, daring to target a Celestial Dragon, had gone mad and should be eliminated immediately.

Others hesitated to act against Doflamingo because he held secrets about the treasures of the Celestial Dragons.

While chaos reigned across the seas, Byakuya, the mastermind behind it all, lay leisurely in his office, holding a glass of juice and a dessert in one hand, counting the World Source Points he had earned from this operation.

[Host: Byakuya]

[Template: One Punch Man - Saitama]

[Fusion Level: 30%]

[World Source Points: 8000]

[Fusion from 30% to 31% requires 2100 World Source Points]

[Special Skills: King Engine, Rokushiki, Armament Haki lv8 (+), Observation Haki lv8 (+), Swordsmanship lv9 (+), Infinite Recovery (Passive)]

[Summoned: 'Ninja with No Testicles' Sonic (+)]

Seeing this, Byakuya nearly spilled his juice. He had only gained 900 World Source Points, less than one-fifth of what he earned from the batch of artificial Devil Fruits.

After closely examining the system prompts, he realized that these 900 points were earned from defeating characters, not altering the storyline.

"Does this mean that since the Donquixote Family still exists, the storyline hasn't completely changed, so I haven't received the World Source Points for that?"

While Byakuya pondered this, he suddenly remembered the spoils of this operation: Jack's pair of tusks.

Since the artificial Devil Fruits were considered contraband, the Marines had confiscated them.

However, Byakuya takes the tusks during his battle with Jack, causing them to become his spoils.

Byakuya examined the two tusks, which resembled long spears.

"Just based on their hardness, if I could forge them, they'd at least be graded swords."

As he spoke, Byakuya drew his sword, Kazemune, and struck one of the tusks, leaving no mark on it.

[Would you like to fuse? Fusion will cost 300 World Source Points.]

Before Byakuya could marvel at this, the system prompt left him stunned. What did it mean? Could Kazemune be fused with the tusks?

Byakuya recalled that when he first obtained the tusks, the system had noted them as forgeable items.

So, was it possible to spend World Source Points to forge them?

This system might as well be called the Omnipotent System; calling it just a template system didn't do justice to its versatility.

Byakuya had planned to switch to a new sword, but now that Kazemune could be forged and fused, he decided to stick with it.

After all, he'd grown entirely accustomed to using Kazemune, and the idea of replacing it was a bit disheartening.

Of course, Smoker did not dare delay Byakuya's orders and immediately led soldiers to the auction houses and weapon shops to search for the ores.

At first, the auction houses were terrified, thinking that Byakuya, the "Butcher," would raid them.

They were relieved to learn that Byakuya only wanted to collect ores, and they eagerly sent them to the Marine base for free.

In their minds, this was the first time the "Butcher" was collecting something; by sending their ores, they might curry favor with him.

Their offerings were quite extravagant because famous swords on the sea aren't very expensive, and ore prices are even lower.

A small mountain of precious ores was amassed at the Marine base in just one day.

Although the individual ores weren't expensive, their combined value was around three to four hundred million Berries.

If a master blacksmith saw this, they would probably faint from excitement.

They would have never seen such a scene in their lifetime, where various precious ores were freely available. This was a blacksmith's paradise!

Faced with this mountain of ores, Byakuya relied on his system despite not understanding their uses. He picked up a fist-sized piece of red ore.

[Discovered forgeable item: Wapometal*1, recycle value: 1 World Source Point]

[Discovered forgeable item: Liquor Iron Ore*1, recycle value: 5 World Source Points]

Byakuya's method of distinguishing ores was simple and direct.

If the system reacted to it and could be recycled, it was a good item; otherwise, he discarded it.

Ultimately, he selected about five thousand pounds of usable ores from the mountain, totaling around two hundred World Source Points.

After sending everyone else away, Byakuya prepared to forge Kazemune officially.

With the two tusks each over ten meters long, five thousand pounds of various ores, and Kazemune by his side, he had enough materials to forge thousands of Kazemune swords based on volume alone.

Byakuya enthusiastically declared, "All right, this is it!"

Although it looked like he had selected a lot, it didn't matter to Byakuya because the system was doing the forging.

[Proceed with forging?]

Byakuya immediately chose yes. Kazemune floated in the air, and a red ore the size of a human head was drawn to it.

As if being scorched by flames, the ore rapidly shrank until it turned into a single, crystal-clear red drop, which fell onto the sword's blade.

A red flash passed over the blade and then disappeared. The process repeated with each one.

Eventually, the two tusks floated on either side of Kazemune, melting into twelve milky-white drops that fell onto the upper and lower parts of the blade.

Near the hilt, two ivory emblems appeared on Kazemune, marking the completion of the forging.
