Flora studied Dion's face, but he kept it innocent.
After a while, she replied, "Fine. But If you can't succeed, no payment."
"No, no, no." Dion shook his head. "Even if our endeavor is unsuccessful, you will have to give us compensation. The compensation will be negotiable but if we succeed, what will be asked for is non-negotiable. I mean, you guys pay workers even if they fail, as long as they try their best, right?"
Flora stared at him and nodded, accepting the deal.
